  1. Currently it is not possible for debtors to use their usual company credentials to log in into the B2B Suite. If they could, this would increase the adaption rate and ease up the process working with the Suite.

  2. The current B2B Suite usability is too complex at some points, esp. the right & role management. Therefore we should ease up this process and make it clearly understandable

  3. Currently some functions as setting tags for customers, interacting with the flow builder etc. are missing for the B2B Suite. Hence, customers cannot fully use the potential of shopware when using the suite.

  7. As a user in the administration, I would like to see the columns company name and B2B role in the administration of the customers (overview) in order to be able to identify customers more quickly.

  8. Currently it is not possible to order for multiple projects - you only have one basket at a time. In B2B companies employees might have different projects they work and have to order stuff for. Also, budgets and contingents can only be assigned on role level but not project specifically.
    Current workaround: Customizing and/or doing manual paperwork to document project specific purchases

  9. Sales representatives might not always have a good internet connection and therefore can't place an order right away. Some way to be able to place an order offline that get's automatically updated as soon as the connection is back should be there.

  11. Currently sales representatives do not see commissions or general other states about their customers. But this would be helpful for their motivation and ease up the customer management, esp. if there is no ERP system involved, covering up those functionalities already

  15. If a customer orders product xy several times, the B2B Suite should make suggestions for order lists based on the historical data

  16. Currently it's not possible to duplicate offers in the B2B Suite
    so that you have less effort creating new ones with slightly different nuances.
    This would ease up the process of sending out several offers at once to customers.
