  1. As asked on StackOverflow (https://stackoverflow.com/q/76454802/12553209) it would be really good to have an additional privilege in the administration to prevent admin-users from creating other admin users.
    We have such a usecase, where we want a specific user group to create new user accounts, but they shouldn't be able to create them with admin privileges.

  2. Use case:
    we have 2 sales channels:
    - B2B (frontend display without VAT and other payment methods activated as B2C)
    - B2C (frontend display with VAT and other payment methods activated as B2B)
    - both channels have the same articles activated

    Problem: If you are not logged in, your shopping cart is emptied when you change channels.

    Request: Shopping cart is retained when changing channels, as long as the item is available in both channels.

  4. It would be very helpful to automatically assign customers to the sales representative with the Rule Builder.
    For example, based on postal code areas or tags.

  5. If you currently export orders manually, there is one line per order in the CSV file. In the line there is only the total price of all products, recognizable only by their UUID.
    It would be desirable to create one line in the CSV per product per order, with the respective unit price and the product number (SKU).

  6. Initially, Sendcloud by Shopware did the job. We were able to track the shipping status in the order view. Since Sendcloud isn’t available anymore for cloud customers, there is no shipping provider that interacts with shipping status, and we have to update the status of every single order ourselves. Look for a new partner that integrates with the shopware order status.

  7. It would really increase the possibilty for app developers if every symonfy service can be extended with an App script.
    In detail every public funtion of a symfony service should be extendable by App scripts before and after.
    This would make much more features possible to implement with Apps comparing now.

    We are not planning to expose every Symfony service with App Scripts, because we want to improve stability and maintainability for extension manufacturers, especially across major versions.

    We understand that the usage of app scripts is more limiting than simply overriding or decorating existing PHP services. In order to accommodate for the extension points that you need, we ask you to provide us with the specific scenarios (e.g. altering tax calculation, adding data to order line items) so we can build the most stable and expressive API for that.

  9. The activity stream can also be used as a helpful chat to exchange information. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a line break there. This makes sense when a formal form of address is used.

  10. Currently the B2B Suite has the same address fields as the B2C storefront
    but it should have some additional fields/options on the different places
    to adapt B2B specific needs for addresses (e.g. tax numbers, country display etc.).
    Also, it is not possible to edit addresses during the checkout process.

  11. Some customers work in warehouses or basements where there is often poor to no internet connection. In this case, it would be good to be able to use the B2B Suite offline and place orders.

  12. As a debtor, I want to have contact with as less restrictions as possible. At the moment a contact needs an assigned budget AND an assigned contingent to place an order. Make it possible to place an order WITHOUT an assigned contingent and budget.

  13. If you insert a product slider into a shopping experience and you use less than 3 products, the products will not be centred on the page but left-aligned.

    If you want to adjust this via the layout settings (for example 500px left margin), the mobile display is no longer centred.

    It should therefore be possible to centre the slider regardless of the number of products stored.

  14. When Shopware creates new database tables, it should always add tags like the following. At least when these are the collations that are needed. Otherwise a little database misconfiguration can stop you from installing B2B-Suite for example.

  15. Especially for B2B merchants, basic product configuration solved with our Custom Products feature is not enough. Highly complex and individual configurations must be supported, e.g. to configure products like hardware parts, individual window/door requirements etc.

    3D Visualisation could reduce complexity, for example with explosion graphics demonstrating machines and their individual (spare) parts.

  16. If several orders are waiting for approval or the orders have not yet been processed, it should be possible to merge these orders. This saves customers and store operators effort and money.

  18. Add native functionality for A/B testing, maybe based on rules.

  19. The current B2B Suite usability is too complex at some points, esp. the right & role management. Therefore we should ease up this process and make it clearly understandable
