Salutation not as manadatory field
The field salutation shouldn't be mandatory, or at least it should be optional do make it mandatory for the merchant. There is no actual reason for that, and also it would be much more inclusive to not force end customers to decide for a gender.

Multi Inventory
As a merchant you can only have one warehouse for your whole shopware instance per default. Esp. enterprise customers & customers do need to handle products from multiple warehouses.
Possible scenarios:
One product can be shipped from different warehouses (has one cumulated stock per sales channel). Depending on shipping method stock in storefront changes (f.e. click & collect only has available stock from store).Configuration of different warehouses to built the overall availability of a product per sales channelLogic from Rule Builder that defines, from which warehouse the request from storefront will be handled.

Sales representatives could only create an offer
To prevent legal problems when ordering as a sales representative, it would be good if the sales representative could only prepare a quotation for the customer, which then has to be explicitly approved by the customer. So it should be prevented that the sales representative can place orders.

Customer specific prices
Shopware possibly could handle custom prices in a good manner already today - preferably they should be maintained via api integration. Still there seems exist issues with the user interface when it comes to a large number of custom price(list)s. This epic targets the improved handling within the ui.

Improve tagging functionality
It is difficult to keep track on which entities tags are located to and therefore hard to maintain them.
If there would be a bulk edit option and a central place where to maintain them this would reduce manual workloads.2 votes -
Cancel & Refund Order
As a merchant I want to have the possibillity to cancel & refund orders (full / partial) to minimize effort and to secure this process.

DHL fullfillment handling
Currently, DHL handling is only possible via API, Onprem-Plugins (such as Pickware, which doesn't provide all features) and only a few apps for cloud shops. Could shopware integrate a native interface for DHL handling that also works for cloud shops?

Admin search AND / OR operator
User can decide if they want AND / OR Search in the Admin.

As this wouldn't be possible with proper performance with the default search technology, the additional AND search is only available when Elasticsearch is implemented in the project.

Add Referrer Link for Social SC
If a merchant uses Social Shopping for selling products on Instagram, Facebook or Pinterest, the merchant does not have the information that an order comes from one of these channels. With the implementation of the flow builder, this would be more than usefull to give the social customers personalized Mails, content etc. for example.
