Cloud: Storing individual files in the root directory
Cloud customers frequently need a simple way to place files in the root directory. In most cases, this is required for website authentication with Google. Currently, the available methods for customers are quite complicated (e.g., creating a custom app). A more user-friendly solution should be provided.

Payment method icon supports text | Icon für Zahlungsart sprachfähig
Only one global logo can be set for each payment method; language-specific logos are not supported. However, for ‘Prepayment’ or ‘Invoice’, it would be useful to be able to set different logos for German and English, for example.

Allow pasting prices with comma as decimal separator
Title:
Allow pasting prices with comma as decimal separatorDescription:
Currently, Shopware 6 does not accept prices that are pasted with a comma as the decimal separator. For example:
12,95 → only 12 is inserted (the decimal part is ignored)
This is inconvenient for European merchants, because prices are often copied from:
Excel
ERP systems
Supplier price lists
Websiteswhere the comma is the standard decimal separator.
Expected behavior
When a user pastes a price such as:
12,95
1234,56Shopware should automatically convert it to the correct internal decimal format instead of discarding everything after the comma.
This would improve…

Offline/Developer mode for the commercial plugin in local development environments
Partners and agencies often work on multiple client projects simultaneously. Consequently, a local development environment may contain extensions for various clients, even though those extensions are neither actively used nor tested there.
The commercial plugin currently checks installed extensions and their license status but cannot distinguish between an extension that is merely part of the local development environment and one that is actually in use. In development environments, this can lead to unexpected license checks or subsequent actions.
An optional offline or developer mode for local development environments—intended exclusively for non-production systems—would be beneficial. Alternatively, a way to clearly designate…

Warning in Administration when APP_DEBUG=1 is enabled in production environment
In a productive Shopware 6 installation, APPDEBUG=1 may temporarily be enabled during troubleshooting and then unintentionally remain active afterward. Based on our findings, this causes Shopware to output a noindex directive in the storefront, even when APPENV=prod is explicitly set.
This creates a critical SEO risk because the issue can easily go unnoticed and may ultimately lead to the shop being removed from the Google index.
Problem:
Currently, there seems to be no visible warning in the Administration when a production environment is running with APP_DEBUG=1Expected Behavior:
If APPENV=prod and APPDEBUG=1 are detected at the…4 votes -
Toggle for readonly custom-fields
It would be nice to have a toggle for custom fields to mark them readonly (at least in the UI).
We often have the case that custom field values are imported from other systems (like a PIM) and should not be modified through the Shopware Admin UI. But it's nontheless nice to see their values there.
So it would be a really nice option to be able to mark them as readonly.1 voteGathering Feedback

Preselect correct Sales Channel mail template in "Send Document" modal
Summary
When manually sending a document (e.g. an invoice) from the order detail page in the Shopware 6 Administration, the "Send Document" modal always preselects the first globally available mail template of the matching type — regardless of which Sales Channel the order belongs to.
If multiple mail templates of the same type (e.g. "Invoice / Rechnung") exist for different Sales Channels, the administrator must manually select the correct template every time. This is error-prone and leads to customers potentially receiving emails styled for the wrong Sales Channel (wrong branding, wrong logo, wrong sender identity).
Current BehaviorThe sw-order-send-document-modal component…

Configuration flag to restrict update checks to the current major version
Some merchants want to remain on a specific Shopware 6.x release line, such as 6.6. A flag, e.g. in shopware.yaml, to restrict update checks to the current major version would therefore be useful.

Extended Product Visibility Control - Separate Search Settings
Enhance visibility control options for products in product listing and search listing.
Per product visibility setting, the following options are currently available:
Visible (All)
Hide in product listings
Hide in product listings and searchWith the current logic, it is only possible to:
Hide a product from listings, or
Hide it from both listings and search. However, it is not possible to keep a product visible in listings (e.g., categories, sliders, cross-sellings) while hiding it only from search results.
Requested Enhancement
Introduce an additional visibility option:
Visible in listings but hidden in search
This would allow merchants to control product…

The scrollbar in the category tree needs to be more user-friendly.
If the shop has a complex category structure, navigating the categories in the admin area can quickly become very confusing. It often requires clicking and using the scroll bar, which is located at the very end of the category tree. This means users have to repeatedly scroll to the end of the tree, which is very time-consuming and needs to be simplified.

Search Result - Show Cheapest Variant
Currently, when searching for the parent product number, the next available variant based on the product number suffix (12345.1) is displayed in the search results.
It would be good if we could influence the search results via settings and, for example, always display the cheapest (available) variant within the search results.

Change configuration category layout / homepage configuration
Recurring support tickets indicate that the shop's homepage configuration is not centralized enough.
Firstly, the shop's homepage is determined by the category layout. Secondly, the homepage can also be set within the category itself (under the "General" tab -> "Homepage" option).
These numerous different configuration options conflict with each other and lead to unnecessary support tickets. The configuration should therefore be simplified.

Rule-based hiding of Buy button
In Shopware 6, the visibility of products can already be controlled via rules by using the dynamic access extension (up to a certain point, as the stock is not being validated). However, there currently is no native way to hide or disable the “Buy / Add to cart” button based on rules, especially when combining customer groups with product stock conditions.
In B2B and hybrid B2C/B2B scenarios, it is common that products with stock = 0 (with closeout enabled) should still be orderable for specific customer groups, while the buy button should be hidden or disabled for all other customer…

Adjustment of Document File Names with Placeholders for Customer Data
Shopware does not support the use of placeholders for customer number, customer name, company name, and date in document file names. This makes efficient and precise management of generated files more challenging.
To optimize the categorization and archiving of documents, it would be highly beneficial to allow placeholders for the mentioned customer data in both the prefix and suffix of the file name. This would significantly simplify the handling of documents and improve the overall user experience of the software.
We kindly request that this functionality be integrated into a future version.

Social Shopping / Product comparison: Media URL with sales channel domain
EN
We often receive enquiries about how image links in product comparisons or social shopping can be adjusted to use the domain of the exporting sales channel. There were already tickets for this in the old issue tracker: e.g. https://issues.shopware.com/issues/NEXT-17674.However, this ticket was then created last year https://github.com/shopware/shopware/issues/4807, reporting that CDN media were receiving the wrong domain.
Programme request:
Please adjust the URL determination for media so that the handling of media links follows the same pattern as the product links within a product comparison. Of course, it must be possible to resolve the link. CDNs must…1 voteGathering Feedback

Taxes: Deactivation of unused Tax settings
Sometimes it's thought that additional taxes are needed. If they were used, it is not possible to remove them completely.
As a second stumbling block it is not possible to deactivate tax rates or change the order. Some customers have huge problems with this beheaviour because the "wrong" tax rate is always the first to select. It would be a great improvement, dor decativate taxes and / or change the order.
