  1. Many merchants require delivery statuses that go beyond the standard statuses provided by Shopware, especially when operating complex warehouse and fulfillment processes with ERP/WMS integrations and B2B workflows.

The current set of delivery statuses is often insufficient to accurately reflect real operational states within the fulfillment process.

Examples of commonly needed custom delivery statuses include:

    • On Hold
    • Partially Pickable
    • Waiting for Stock
    • B2B Special Process

A valuable enhancement would be the ability to create and manage custom delivery statuses within the administration and use them throughout the order and fulfillment workflow.

This would enable merchants to better represent their internal…

  2. Many B2B merchants sell products that are physically supplied in packaging units (e.g., 20 pieces per carton) while still allowing customers to order any quantity on a per-piece basis.

Currently, Shopware provides features such as tier pricing, minimum order quantities, and quantity steps. However, there is no native way to define a packaging unit for a product and use it as a recommendation rather than a restriction.

A valuable addition would be the ability to:

    • Define a packaging unit size per product (e.g., 20 pieces)
    • Display a recommendation in the buy box suggesting the next full packaging multiple based on…

  5. If an order is initiated by a B2B employee, we display the employee's first and last name in the order details (admin), but the email address associated with that employee is not listed. Instead, the email address of the “main customer” is displayed by default.

We already had a feature request about this topic BUT in regards to the old B2B Suite here:

  6. Currently, the cancellation button links to a long and rather unfriendly URL.

It would be helpful if we could set a custom URL for the cancellation page, such as /cancel-contract or /cancellation

This would make the link easier for customers to understand and create a more consistent shopping experience in the store.

  7. In Odoo they have a website scraper which allows you to put the url of an existing website/ecommerce and it will create the shop and the website with the theme and snippets/images and so on from the existing website. Especially for demo purposes this could be very powerful to give a product showcase with a very personalized and themed style of the prospect's branding.

  8. I will take the example of warehouses but it's a general QOL functionality that could be handy. I used to work for Odoo and I'm suggesting some nice general UI improvements that would reduce clicks and manual work.

    1) When you click on WH1 you open it, you don't need to click on the 3 dots
    2) Once you are in WH2 on the right there would be an arrow to go to the previous or next record (in this case warehouses)
    3) In the Warehouse Group when you start typing you could create a new group directly on the…

  9. If you organize your categories by gender in Shopware, you have a clear gender-specific funnel with clear and structured navigation. Why aren't these also used in the filters, or why do you have the option to do so?

Applying all filters via attributes doesn't work well. Especially not on the brands page, where you don't have good SEO-friendly pages based on brand/category. If we enable categories and genders in the filters, we only see the male gender for unisex products when filtering for women, whereas you don't want to see men at all when you are in the women's funnel.…

  10. When the revocation request trigger is used in the flow builder, it is only possible to activate the "send e-mails" or "stop the flow" process.

It would be great if the revocation request trigger would also allow to automatically set a revocation tag at the relevant order. This would help to easily mark the orders, which have been revoked.

  11. In some cases the shipping weight may change substantially depending on product configuration using the Custom Products extension. However, merchants cannot define additional properties such as weight for custom products options at the moment. This makes it more difficult to calculate appropriate shipping costs.

EN: In the Shopware Storefront, it would be helpful if password fields included an option to show and…

  14. In a productive Shopware 6 installation, APPDEBUG=1 may temporarily be enabled during troubleshooting and then unintentionally remain active afterward. Based on our findings, this causes Shopware to output a noindex directive in the storefront, even when APPENV=prod is explicitly set.

This creates a critical SEO risk because the issue can easily go unnoticed and may ultimately lead to the shop being removed from the Google index.

    Problem:
Currently, there seems to be no visible warning in the Administration when a production environment is running with APP_DEBUG=1

    Expected Behavior:
If APPENV=prod and APPDEBUG=1 are detected at the…

  15. If, for example, a company name is searched for using the search bar within the admin interface, a small window appears displaying—among other things—customer names. However, only the first and last names are displayed, not the company name itself. Since it cannot be entirely ruled out that customer names unrelated to the searched company might also be displayed, the company name should be included in this list as well.

  16. Currently, Shopware locks certain promotion discount settings after a promotion has been used in an order. For example, the discount amount can no longer be changed once the promotion was applied at least once.
From a data integrity perspective, this is understandable: changing the discount definition after it has already been used could affect order recalculation, order editing, tax distribution, or historical consistency.
However, from a merchant perspective this creates a practical limitation. A commonly used promotion code such as WELCOME cannot easily be reused with a changed discount configuration. The merchant either has to create a new visible code,…

  17. It would be great if there were more options for choosing which variant to display in the storefront.

    For example:
    - Lowest-priced variant
    - Best-selling variant
    - Variant with the highest stock
    - General Rule Builder rules and filter options

Da diese Funktion bei Aufträgen bereits verfügbar ist, wäre es sinnvoll und hilfreich, die Anzeige der Produktnummer auch für Angebote zu ermöglichen.

  19. Problem:

The Shopware Image Keyword Assistant generated irrelevant and misleading keywords for a product image. In this specific case, keywords such as “Kanalisation,” “Kanalschacht,” and “Loch” were detected or generated — likely based on a small detail within the image — and do not accurately represent the product. These terms are inappropriate and not acceptable from a merchant’s perspective.

    Example of generated keywords:

“Loch, Abtropfen lassen, Kanalisation, Kanalschacht, Loch, Abtropfen lassen, Kanalisation, Kanalschacht, Bodenmatte, Gepäckmatte, Autoabdeckung, Kofferraummatte, Rutschfeste Matte, matte de, tappetino auto, sotto-pavimento?, antiscivolo, tappeto auto”

The terms “Kanalisation,” “Kanalschacht,” and “Loch” are clearly not relevant and do not…

  20. The current license list overview of the shop in the account.shopware.com is sadly not really handy for customers / agencies.

When updating to later Shopware Versions, you need mostly plugin updates to get back from a broken to a working state (e.g. 6.6 > 6.7, php bin/console fails as well):

    1. Therefore I have to go to said website, search for the plugin name (somehow over name / description mixed, because names are handled differently in the search)
    2. Then click on the plugin (when i finally found it) and get the update version.
    3. Another plugin must be found the same way…
