  1. According to the EU Geo-Blocking Regulation (Regulation EU 2018/302), merchants must not discriminate against customers based on their residence or delivery country regarding access to goods and pricing.

    Most legal interpretations agree that:

    • A unified net price across EU markets is compliant, and

    • Gross prices may vary depending on the applicable VAT rate,
as long as the underlying net price is identical.

However, Shopware currently forces the opposite approach:

It keeps gross prices constant, and recalculates net prices differently per country.

This makes it impossible to maintain a consistent net price across EU countries and can cause compliance concerns for…

  2. Instead of only creating rules manually, it would be cool if we could create the rules via prompt. So rather describing what the rule is supposed to do and then have it built for you, reducing the manual effort.

  3. There is already this feedback / feature request: https://feedback.shopware.com/forums/942607-shopware-6-product-feedback-ideas/suggestions/50220672-add-cc-bcc-and-reply-to-features-to-the-mail-func.

In addition it should be possible to define an email adress, that custom forms (or default forms) can reply to.

Of course one can add an email field in the form fields. But this cannot be used to open the form mail and click on reply to "customer email"

  4. Currently the recipient employee is not generally available inside the flow builder. As a new actor within the B2B suite this role should be added. So we can freely use the flow builder with the B2B suite.

The specific employee flows seem hardcoded within the B2B suite as illustrated in my screenshot. Employees do receive the correct mail, but it's not configurable/visible in the flow builder.

  5. With growing order numbers, the performance of loading these orders decreases.
It would be great if this decreasing of loading performance could be avoided, e.g. by loading older orders than X only on request.

  6. In B2B environments, orders are often placed by employees acting on behalf of their organization. Currently, Shopware sends order confirmation emails only to the primary email address of the customer account (Main Account).

However, in many cases, it is desirable for the employee who submitted the order to also receive — or solely receive — the order confirmation email or documents.

To address this, a new configuration option should be added to the customer or organization settings, allowing administrators to define the default behavior for order confirmation emails.

    Functional Proposal:

Add a setting in the B2B customer configuration:

    Option A:…

  7. It would be nice to allow inserting a custom product description per saleschannel for products. This way it would be possible to easily adjust the voice of tone and the highlighted information to my target group (ex. B2B & B2C). It could be also relevant for other text fields in the product like the title.

  8. It would be helpful to have the option to create a text via AI (as it is possible in shop experiences and product desrciption) would be available to all text fields, including custom fields, when creating/editing a product.

  9. Shop owners sometimes report having difficulties finding B2B root accounts when provided with little more than a mail address of an employee in case it is not conforming to the companies' mail structure.

    For example:

Our B2B root account is company@example.com.
Our employee's mail address is employee@shopware.com.

Since the mail addresses don't match, when searching for employee@shopware.com, we will find no results for customers. This is sometimes the case where entire departments have separate mail addresses like a purchase department.

So the request is to have an option to index employee mail addresses and associate them with…

  10. Shop owners occasionally report that the unusual process of registering as a B2B employee leads to them signing up normally through the frontend which creates a bit of a mess.

It would be helpful if we provided the functionality to assign normal customers as employees to a B2B enabled company account as this would save effort for everyone involved.

Taking this idea further and to avoid unnecessary manual action for shop owners, we could implement this feature for the B2B account itself so THEY can invite existing (already registered) accounts to their company and integrate them into the B2B structure.…

We often receive enquiries about how image links in product comparisons or social shopping can be adjusted to use the domain of the exporting sales channel. There were already tickets for this in the old issue tracker: e.g. https://issues.shopware.com/issues/NEXT-17674.

However, this ticket was then created last year https://github.com/shopware/shopware/issues/4807, reporting that CDN media were receiving the wrong domain.

    Programme request:
Please adjust the URL determination for media so that the handling of media links follows the same pattern as the product links within a product comparison. Of course, it must be possible to resolve the link. CDNs must…

  12. When you currently access an overview in our Admin (e.g. Product overview), the content will always be shown in the system default language, no matter what your admin user setting is. I have attached a screenshot, where you can see, that the menus overall are all in english but the content is showing the german language instead, since it's the default system language.

This really annoying since it forces me to switch in every menu the content language back to english.

My suggestion would be to take the language settings of the admin user into account and always show the…

  13. Our suggestion In order to comply with both the PAngV and a clean UX, a small piece of logic would be useful:

If regulationPrice == price.unitPrice → no output. (This happens very often in practice.)

This would both comply with the legal situation and meet actual customer expectations.

    1. Legal situation (PAngV § 11) According to § 11 of the Price Indication Regulation (PAngV), the ‘lowest total price of the last 30 days’ only becomes mandatory if the retailer advertises a price reduction. Source (legal text): https://www.gesetze-im-internet.de/pangv_2022/BJNR492110021.html#BJNR492110021BJNG000201377

It clearly states: ‘If goods are offered to consumers with reference to a price…

  14. For extensions with usage-based features (e.g., character quotas, API limits, etc.), it would be very helpful to be able to query the current trial status of a plugin rental via API.

    Specifically, the following scenario applies:
For plugins that unlock the full range of functions during the trial month (e.g., a translation plugin that can translate almost the entire shop), we are increasingly observing that users take advantage of the free month to translate the entire shop once and then cancel. Without a technical way to recognize the trial month, it is difficult to limit this fairly.

    A simple flag…

  15. We want to develop extensions that are billed entirely via IAP (comment from Shopware: IAP stands for In App Purchases) – without our own subscription logic or external billing. Typical use cases are usage-based features such as quotas (e.g., search volume per month), limits, or activations with periodic renewal.

    Currently, Shopware.InAppPurchase.isActive(‘MyExtensionName’, ‘my-iap-identifier’) only returns a Boolean (purchased: true/false).
However, for usage-based models, we lack the specific billing period, e.g., to reliably reset quotas when transitioning to the new period.

    Our request/feature request:
In addition to isActive(), minimal contract information would be helpful, e.g.:
    - Purchase or start date of the…

  16. If an order's status is changed to 'cashback', the Flow Builder should automatically trigger a PayPal refund for that order. This reduces the need for manual work and eases the burden on customer support.

  17. Sometimes it's thought that additional taxes are needed. If they were used, it is not possible to remove them completely.
As a second stumbling block it is not possible to deactivate tax rates or change the order. Some customers have huge problems with this beheaviour because the "wrong" tax rate is always the first to select.

It would be a great improvement, dor decativate taxes and / or change the order.

  18. In Shopware 5 the free text fields could be directly used as catgory filter and the filters have been configurable (Anzeige Modus). That means the customer could define how a selection of value shall be in the frontend (Slider, Checkbox, Simple, Multiselection).

The second thing: Using custom fields cannot be done directly. You have to add a property, then it can be used with the limits of the usual behaviour of catalogue > properties.

It would be great if this will be easier to use custom field in future a filter criteria.

  19. Currently, when documents are manually transferred via the order via send document, the email template language is determined by the admin user’s backend language, not by the language in which the customer placed the order.

This leads to additional steps every time a document needs to be sent manually:
The admin must first check the order language, switch the backend language accordingly, and only then send the document so that the email is generated in the correct language.

The expected behavior is that the document’s language (or order language) should define which email template is used for sending, ensuring consistent…

  20. We need to send order confirmation emails to additional recipients whose email addresses are stored in custom fields of the order’s shipping address. Currently, the Flow Builder does not allow dynamic email addresses in the “Send Email” → “Custom recipient” field.
