"epub" should be a standard upload file for digital products, as this is the standard file for e-books
As nearly all ebooks are sold as PDF- or epub-files (most ebooks) , "epub" should be integrated into the list of files, that can be uploaded (esp. if you create a digital product).

Filter visibility by selected sales channels
For products, there is an option to set visibility for selected sales channels.
This setting determines whether a product appears in search results or in the product listing.
However, to see what is set for a product here, you have to open the product page and then click the settings button again. It would be nice to have an option right here in the product overview to filter by visibility settings.

Allow for CMS elements to be hidden on category pages when product listing page is not the first page
When a category layout contains some text or images together with the product listing element, that text or element may be indexed by search engines multiple times for each page of the listing, leading to duplicate indexing and results.
It would be helpful if certain elements could be hidden once the customer or the indexing bot navigates through the listing pages, or a URL contains the ?p= parameter. This would prevent redundant indexing.

Optional inclusion of “free shipping” products in cart value for threshold rules
Use case
We configure shipping so that standard shipping is free from a minimum order value (e.g. 50 €), using price-based shipping costs on the shipping method.
Current behaviour
Products marked “free shipping” are excluded from the value used for all shipping price calculations (via getWithoutDeliveryFree() in DeliveryCalculator::matches()). That means:
If the cart mixes free-shipping and regular products, only the non–free-shipping lines count toward the threshold.
Example: total cart 60 €, but only 40 € from non–free-shipping lines → the customer is below the 50 € free-shipping threshold and pays shipping, even though the visible cart total is above 50…2 votesGathering Feedback

CSV Upload in Custom Products File Upload
It would be great if the custom products file upload field also included the option to upload a CSV file, for example, instead of just a PDF file.
From the customer’s perspective, a CSV file is often very helpful—especially for technical products—and is frequently required.1 voteGathering Feedback

Easier customization of email templates
Customizing email templates is usually quite complex and hardly feasible for the average customer. For example, adding the manufacturer's name for each item in the order confirmation.
The entire process of customizing email templates should be significantly simplified and made much more intuitive. We also receive a large number of support requests regarding this.

AI Search: Need for custom prompt configuration
The new AI search often returns inaccurate or incorrect results for us – sometimes even with legally risky wording.
We urgently need the ability to define custom prompts to:
improve result quality
control wording
reduce legal risksdeutsch:

CMS-Element: Configuration options when embedding YouTube videos
When a YouTube video is embedded into an shopping experience using a CMS element, subtitles are automatically added, even though this feature is not active in the original video.
Therefore, it would be helpful to have configuration options for this within the CMS element.

Allow copying and moving banner elements within Shopping Experiences without losing links
In Shopware 5, it was possible to move individual banners within a landing page using clipboard functionality without losing the assigned links.
In Shopware 6, this is currently not possible. Images have to be reselected from the media library, text has to be rewritten, and links have to be reassigned manually.
Especially for homepages and landing pages with multiple banners, it would be highly beneficial to allow copying and repositioning content within a Shopping Experience while keeping all existing configurations (images, text, links) intact.

Extended Product Visibility Control - Separate Search Settings
Enhance visibility control options for products in product listing and search listing.
Per product visibility setting, the following options are currently available:
Visible (All)
Hide in product listings
Hide in product listings and searchWith the current logic, it is only possible to:
Hide a product from listings, or
Hide it from both listings and search. However, it is not possible to keep a product visible in listings (e.g., categories, sliders, cross-sellings) while hiding it only from search results.
Requested Enhancement
Introduce an additional visibility option:
Visible in listings but hidden in search
This would allow merchants to control product…

Enhanced Pricing Flexibility for Subscriptions
Current Limitation
At the moment, the same base product price is used for both one-time purchases and subscription purchases. This limits flexibility in commercial models and pricing strategies.Requested Enhancements
Option to Hide the One-Time Purchase Price
It should be possible to hide the one-time purchase option entirely for products that are primarily intended to be sold as subscriptions. This would allow merchants to position certain products as “subscription-only” without displaying a regular purchase alternative.Individual Pricing per Subscription Interval
If the one-time purchase price remains visible, merchants should have the ability to define separate prices per subscription interval (e.g.,…7 votes -
Admin orders: Add option to manually add deactivated products
A customer of ours suggested this feature;
It should be possible to have the option to add deactivated products to a manually placed order. Perhaps with a checkbox while we're adding the products or clearly mark the deactivated products in order to avoid mixing them up with active ones, in case product names are rather similar.
The specific usecase is this:
That merchant frequently places manual orders in their Admin for customers. Contrary to what one might assume (I did so as well), it is not a once-in-a-lifetime event that while you work on said manual order, another customer in…

PayPal: add option to disable Smart Payment Button for other payment methods
Currently, users can only disable the Smart Payment Buttons for the standard PayPal payment method, which replaces the (by default) yellow PayPal button with the standard button to conclude the checkout.
However that setting does not have effect on the other payment methods provided by PayPal, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay or even the Pay Later option by PayPal. Those still replace the default pay button with their own graphic.
It would be useful to be able to disable them as well to have more control over the shop design.

Inheritable category and menu visibility in organizational units (B2B)
Currently, category and product visibility settings can only be explicitly configured per category within organizational units.
When a parent category is selected, the subcategories beneath it are not automatically included.
This leads to the following problems with extensive category structures (several hundred subcategories):
- very high manual maintenance effort
- increased susceptibility to errors
- poor maintainability when structural changes are made
- limited scalability in a B2B contextIn addition, the main menu must be controlled indirectly via individual assignments to the contained categories, as a blanket menu activation is not possible.

Configurable mapping of the buyer reference in e-invoices (ZUGFeRD / XRechnung)
In the current default behavior, the <BuyerReference> field in the generated e-invoice (ZUGFeRD / EN16931) is populated with the purchase order number.
However, for invoices to public sector clients (government agencies), the routing ID is generally required in the <BuyerReference> field. If the purchase order number is used instead, this can lead to:
- Validation errors in ERP/accounting systems (e.g., Lexware)
- Rejections by public sector clients
- Problems with input tax deduction
- Rejection by Peppol/XRechnung validators
Currently, there is no configuration option in the admin panel to adjust the BuyerReference mapping.
Problem:
- The<BuyerReference>parameter is not flexibly configurable by default.…3 votes
