This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

  1. Hi, I saw the new bulk-order tool inside the commercial plugin b2b integration. Great Job so far. But we got lots of customers who used it in the past with the German version of Excel and most of them have no idea how to change the seperator from , to ; inside Excel.

    We would love if you support xls/xlsx there or at least give a chance to switch the seperator on admin and/or customer side.

  2. Tickets should not be closed automatically or at least be able to be reopened by customers and the ticket system should be integrated into the backend so that one does not have to switch to a different system every time.

  3. Extensions can also be rated directly from the Extension Manager. The structure of the form here is problematic from our point of view.
    Here, only stars can be assigned in total, which are then, however, internally assigned equally to the areas of functionality, usability, documentation and support.
    If someone rates with 3 stars, all of these areas automatically receive these 3 stars. A differentiation is therefore not possible.

    This is more than unfortunate in that here then sub-areas are supposedly evaluated, although these can not be judged at all (for example, no support was contacted, and we have for many…

  4. Sometimes the cooperation with customers does not fit for various reasons and you want to end the cooperation, or you do not want a certain store to rent the offered subscription license in the Shopware Store.

    At the moment there is no possibility to cancel subscription customers in Shopware Store, in the future there should be a possibility for this.

  5. At the moment there is no basic feature to adjust the subscription prices of already subscribed apps or plugins.

    In the future, there should be the possibility to adjust the prices even after signing up for a subscription.

    Especially in times of high inflation and annually increasing costs (hosting, employees, other expenses) it is important that there is the possibility of price adjustments.

  6. It would be great to be able to duplicate wildcard environments in account.shopware.com.

    When you start to have 20+ licenses in a wildcard environment, a manual copy of all licenses starts to take some time ;)

  8. If you currently export orders manually, there is one line per order in the CSV file. In the line there is only the total price of all products, recognizable only by their UUID.
    It would be desirable to create one line in the CSV per product per order, with the respective unit price and the product number (SKU).

  10. Add all rules from Dyn. Product Groups into the Rule Builder and merge the Dyn. Product Groups with the Rule Builder. Advantage: The shop owner has one single point of truth where to configure all conditions within the shop. The developers have to maintain one feature instead of two.

  11. Some partners manage the stores for their customers. Therefore it would be great if it is possible to give users more specific rights.
    Example A: a user should be able to update the homepage with the shopping experiences, but not the content of the imprint.
    Example B: a user is able to edit Flow A of the Flow Builder but not Flow B.
    If it is not really comfortable to edit this in the administration, maybe it could be done over a config file, Yaml or Json.

  12. Current problem: You cannot send e-mails with "back-in-stock" notifications or use mailings for your internal staff if products need to be reordered
    Proposed approach: certain product related attributes should be triggerable in the flow builder

  13. Current problem: you cannot create a promotion directly within the flow builder but have to configure many steps via tags to fulfill that purpose. That´s quite complicated and limits the customer loyalty options the flow builder could give to merchants.
    Current workaround: set a tag as action in flow builder, reuse this tag on promotion level and in a separate step configure sending out an e-mail to customers with this promocode

  14. Current problem: You cannot prepare campaigns or flows for a certain time period.

    Current workaround: with rule setting for shopping experiences and or promotions you can already display certain content for a limited time period. However it would be handy to have the possibility to prepare whole campaign worlds upfront. For flows we do not have a workarount so far.

    Hypothesis: By being able to set timeframes merchants can automate even more of their processes. Targeting of certain customer segments gets easier.

    Possible scenarios: Black friday campaigning with landingpage, product visibility, e-mailings and promotion codesregular flows: every three months trigger…

  19. All Spanish and South American originated people use their official ID they receive once a life for user identification and address validation by purchasing online.
    As we are planning to start business in Spain by end of this year directly, we need to have integrated this possibility as an additional custom field by Term 2 the latest.
    The impact is very high.
