  1. Since Shopware 6.7 (?) the import / export profiles use technical names. The customer's labelling has been totally erased, although it's still available in the translation table.

Of course the customer can now overwrite the new name default_product-copy-1762844593373 for duplicated profiles. But usually these profiles were marked like "Import prices manufacturer1", "Import prices manufacturer2" and so on.
Means the customer has to check all their profiles correct the technical name, which seems to be the same for any administration language. Please add the labeling again.

  2. In cloud environments, customers are increasingly reaching their limits because manually customizing template files (e.g., forms) is not possible. Therefore, the admin panel should offer the ability to edit template files.

Extensions in the Shopware Store demonstrate that this is technically feasible.

Such a feature would significantly reduce the limitations within the cloud and further increase user adoption.

  3. Although other favicons are stored in the theme, Google seems to favour the favicon.ico in the public folder that displays your logo.

In fact, I have noticed this in several Shopware 6 shops in Google search results.

If you only have one public sales channel, you can simply replace the favicon.png with your own, but we have four sales channels with different favicons.

In this case, you have to set up redirects.

It would be better if the corresponding favicons of the respective shops were actually used and displayed.

  4. For bigger lists of any entity, it is super important to have filters in order to find efficiently what you are looking for. We have filters for the Products, Customers, Rule Builder overviews and probably in many other menus as well.

There for we should most definitely also have this kind of filtering also for the Flow Builder overview.

Finding the flow you are looking for only with the search is a pain. Try to search for the flow "Order placed". Since the string "order" is part in 90% of all flows out of the box, you will not be…

  5. Problem:
Currently, coupon templates (e.g., SHOP-{random}) can only be used once. If the same template is used in a subsequent campaign, Shopware prevents its creation with a message indicating that the template already exists.

Furthermore, it is not possible to exclude specific characters from the random code, which can lead to potential confusion (e.g., I vs. l or 0 vs. O).

    Solution/Request:
A pattern may be used multiple times as long as no duplicates are created in the generated codes.

During generation, the system only checks whether a code already exists, not whether the pattern has already been used.

    Optional…

  6. It would be great, if we could use the Dynamic Access feature to further customize, when which images are supposed to be displayed in the storefront.

    Examples:
    - As an erotic store for example, I want to show different pictures depending on if someone is logged in or not.
    - Depending on the time of the year, I want to display different pictures automatically.
    - Different Customer Groups should see different pictures.

  7. In connection with the order overview, there is a customer need to be able to search for external order references (e.g., Amazon/eBay order numbers or member names).
This data is currently only stored in the "additional information" of the order during import and is therefore not found in the standard administration search function.

    Requirement/Use Case:

Customers want to be able to search the order overview for these external references to more easily find orders for accounting or support.

Typically, this involves fields such as:

    Amazon order number

    eBay order number

    eBay username

    Current status:

The standard search in the order…

  9. EXPORT TOO SLOW!!!

The export from the product comparison is much too slow at >170k products. In SW5, it took me less than a minute for the PriceAndStock feed. Now it takes at least an hour. We need at least a half-hourly export.

    Please fix this. Thank you.

  11. Feature: Multi Inventory

If you have multiple warehouses in a warehouse group, at the moment you need to save the changes for every single warehouse one after the other. This does not feel intuitiv and slows down the process.

I have recorded this in a test environment:
    https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/44727162?key=8481c10b30e8e71a1daeda1cee4be3da

As you can see this can be quite annoying.

In my opinion, it would be more user friendly if there would be one global save button for the multi inventory window than having to save every single change for every single warehouse.

  12. Currently, in the quote module, generating quote documents is only technically possible when the quote is sent. This means that employees cannot review the details and final layout of the documents in advance or coordinate with colleagues. Especially in complex B2B processes, where quality assurance and coordination are essential, this causes unnecessary sources of error and additional effort.

    Specific Improvement Proposal:

The function for generating quote documents (e.g., PDF) should be decoupled from the sending process.
It should be possible at any time—at the latest after saving the quote as a “draft”—to create, download, and review the final quote document…

  13. In Categories > Layout:
eventhough a layout-section (for example a text) might be inherited from the assigned layout, make it scrollable so i can look through the text and dont need to go into the category itself.

  14. The quotation marks around the product name in the product description are typographically incorrect.
Since these are hard-coded in the TWIG file component/product/description.html.twig, one suggestion would be to insert a new snippet here that renders the name with the appropriate quotation marks depending on the language.

    For example:

    <h2 class="product-detail-description-title">
    {{ 'detail.descriptionTitle'|trans|sw_sanitize }} {{ "custom.quotedName"|trans({'%name%': product.translated.name}) }}
    </h2>

    Snippet custom.quotedName
    e.g. DE: „%name%“ EN: “%name%” FR: «%name%»

  16. Currently, the Shopware 6 Custom Notification plugin does not support adding clickable links using <a href="...">...</a> within text snippets.

It would be useful if text snippets used by Custom Notifications supported links. This would allow notifications not only to display information but also to direct users to relevant pages or actions.

    Example:
For more information, click <a href="/example">here</a>.

This would make Custom Notifications more flexible and useful, for example when linking to specific pages, actions, documentation, or additional information.

  17. Currently, subscriptions with the state STATEPAYMENTFAILED can no longer be managed by the customer through the storefront customer account.

While the subscription itself remains active and its next execution date continues to be calculated, the available subscription actions are no longer displayed. As a result, customers cannot react to a failed payment themselves, for example by pausing or cancelling the subscription.

The subscription can still be managed through the Administration, which means customers need to contact the merchant's support team to make these changes.

    Current behavior:
When a subscription enters STATEPAYMENTFAILED, the customer cannot use the…

  19. Currently, product specifications in Shopware 6 display property values as text only (e.g. “Material: Cotton”). It would be beneficial to support images for property values, either as an alternative to or in addition to text.

This would enable more visual and intuitive product information, for example by displaying care instruction icons for clothing or hazard symbols for chemical products.

  20. I manually implemented a small script in Shopware that automatically documents every page I visit which contains a Shopware ID. This allows me to quickly revisit orders, customers, or other Shopware pages I have previously accessed for up to 30 days.

While this may not initially seem like a particularly significant feature, I have found it extremely useful in day-to-day work and have quickly become accustomed to having it available.

A small improvement in itself, but one that has proven surprisingly valuable in practice.
