  1. In many cases, shipping and/or billing addresses from customers are set through an ERP system. So customers should not be able to edit their shipping and/or billing addresses within the customer account.

  2. As a merchant you can only have one warehouse for your whole shopware instance per default. Esp. enterprise customers & customers do need to handle products from multiple warehouses.

    Possible scenarios:
One product can be shipped from different warehouses (has one cumulated stock per sales channel). Depending on shipping method stock in storefront changes (f.e. click & collect only has available stock from store).

Configuration of different warehouses to built the overall availability of a product per sales channelLogic from Rule Builder that defines, from which warehouse the request from storefront will be handled.

  4. It should be possible to share a order list via email. The email should contain a link that, upon clicking, prompts the user to log in. After logging in, the user's basket should be automatically filled with the products from the order list. This will allow the user to proceed directly to checkout without having to manually add each item to their basket.

  5. In Backend: a checkbox in the product to activate an offer / ask for price. For the shop buyer in the frontend a form opens to request for an offer and ask for price.

In the frontend: the price and delivery status is hidden and the "In shopping cart" button is replaces by "Ask for an offer" button.

  7. Right now, it's not possible to add a trailing slash to the domains at the sales channel settings. Therefore the hreflang is set without the trailing slash. This leads to a problem with Google, because the hreflang entries are not recognized. I already wrote to the Shopware support and a service guy confirmed the problem. This is a requirement from Google and anybody needs it.

  9. To have some of the current functionalities of the B2B Suite also available standalone (or in other plans) we should rethink which ones are used most and also useful for other customers.

  11. Target user: B2B customers, mainly EnterpriseCurrent problem: you cannot limit catalogue views for customers. So you cannot limitate, what products customers do see, find and buy in the end.current workaround: with dynamic access we can limit product visibility to certain tags or customer groups. There is no bulk edit function so you have to do it individually for every product & customerpossible approach: should be done in combination with dynamic accesspossible scenarios:Show most of all products to all customers, plus a handful of products which are only visible to one specific customer, e.g., custom-made products. Each customer has his own hand-picked…

  12. What do we need?
App-System: Add storefront javascript service / custom storefront endpoint service to allow authenticated request to app-server
    - Authentificated call to app-server from frontend (custom storefront endpoint or storefront javascript)

    Why do we need this?
We want to do some tasks via http request, that are not possible via the app system. If we do this now, we cannot check if the request is a valid request from an booked app or some customer without the app licensed. So therefore we need a javascript service or a service for custom storefront endpoints to do requests.

    Current context…

  13. It would be helpful to be able to translate texts in shopping experiences using AI. An initial "rough" translation would already suffice.

  14. Shopware possibly could handle custom prices in a good manner already today - preferably they should be maintained via api integration. Still there seems exist issues with the user interface when it comes to a large number of custom price(list)s. This epic targets the improved handling within the ui.

  15. If the payment happened by PayPal ...

    • transmit the tracking number as soon as it becomes available,
    • transmit the shipment on its way when the status is set to delivered.

That way according customers comfortably get all shipping updates on their PayPal app as well.

  16. Hey Shopware Team,
we noticed an issue with the Default Sorting feature in Shopware Backend. We had several tickets where merchants reported that they’re having issues with setting the desired default sorting on search page result.
This issue is present from Shopware 6.4.* up to Shopware 6.6.
It has already been confirmed that this issue is related to the Shopware Core. This can be confirmed by deactivating our plugin (Nosto or Findologic).
Part of the core from which sorting flags are generated is located in criteria.php file, which are later used to execute sorting.
    Issue description:
    Whenever we choose a…

  17. Our extension partners currently face growing hosting costs due to app development and require more dynamic pricing models. Our goal is to support our partners in covering their business models in our app ecosystem.

A secure and user-friendly In App Purchase system will be implemented, enabling partners to offer differentiated value propositions through various pricing models within their apps. This promotes sustainable growth for developers and the Shopware platform, attracting even more users.

  18. It would be great if the AI copilot could be part of the search. A search term could be a prompt as well. For example: "Show me all the red shoes in size 11 from the brand Nike released this year".

  20. The Copilot is an AI-powered assistant integrated directly into the Shopware Admin. It helps you get answers to questions about Shopware features, setup, or best practices – always at hand when a question arises. Whether you're configuring your store, developing plugins, or exploring new features, the assistant gives you guidance and support in solving problems.

Just released: Copilot’s first Skill – Data Insights (Beta) With this users can ask questions about one's shop data. The Data Insights Skill helps you to save time and make data-driven decisions without needing analytics tools or expertise. Start by asking questions like: “Which products had the highest revenue last month?” or “Show me a graph of our newsletter registrations of last year.”
