  1. Cloud customers are not able to clear cache if a change doesn’t appear in the storefront right away. We had to write multiple tickets to make a shopware employee clear our cache. So this feature would benefit us all.

  3. Streichpreis als Variable bei den ITEMs für die Bestellbestätigung

    Damit der Kunde sieht, dass einzelne Produkte längere Lieferzeiten haben. Das entlastet den Kundenservice und erspart Beschwerden, wenn Artikel später versand werden.

    Strike price as a variable in the ITEMs for order confirmation

    So that the customer can see that individual products have longer delivery times. This eases the burden on customer service and saves complaints when items are shipped later.

  4. As B2B merchant I want to have VAT field only mandatory for B2B users outside Germany.
    Within Germany it should be optional to filled out.

  6. If media are replaced via file upload, e.g. with a new version of the PDF, they are not replaced in the CustomFields. This means that all articles have to be updated manually. this can lead to errors if articles are overlooked. (Normal images will be replaced).

    Suggestion: extend the replace function so that other used media can be replaced as well.

  7. Back in Shopware 5 there was an option called "display inventory shortage in shopping cart" which - when enabled - showed a message within the offCanvas saying, that out of a requested amount, only a specific amount is left available. (For articles, where "on sale"-option (Abverkauf) is enabled).

    For example: "Unfortunately, we can no longer provide the item you requested in sufficient quantities. (10 of 20 available)."

    Please implement as an option for Shopware 6 aswell.

  8. A short form of the URLs to the products is needed in order to be able to create the URL automatically for QR codes in flyers, advertisements and print products in general. This URL should contain the product number. 
There are plugins for this, but they only support REST notation. 

    Ideally, Shopware can do both in the core:

    Standard RFC 3986
    https://www.xxxx.de/?sku=12345678

    REST notation
    https://www.xxxx.de/12345678

    The print production software InBetween requires the URL in the standard RFC 3986.

  9. If you expand by a certain property (e.g. "color"), only those property options should be preselected in the listing article. If there are other properties (e.g. "Size") in addition to the color, all expanded items will automatically have an additional size preselected. However, it would be better to pre-select only the "Color" and to display a "Details" button in the listing instead of the "Add to cart" button, so that the user has to select the - in this case "Size" - himself before adding the item to the cart.

  10. On event "Order-Placed" the email order confirmation is send to the customer.
    It is NOT possible to stop this email, as it is send outside flow-builder.
    Only after this event the flow-builder can be used to do some action.

    It would be better and more logical, to have this event already through flow-builder. This would give the possibility to react to the order content, payment, etc. and give more specialized order-confirmations.

  11. If you want to change color settings in the theme, by default no actual colors nor color codes are displayed.
    To improve this you should:
    1. show the actual color next to the default values.
    2. show the actual HTML color codes (hexadecimal codes) instead of "$sw-color-brand-primary".
    3. add a button "Reset to default values".

    This would make it much easier to see if you are actually at the right setting in the theme to get the change you desire in the theme frontend.
    This would save a lot of time in adjustments.

  13. The choice of themes is more than modest.

    A handful of providers who reheat their themes in different forms is not a real selection. The design of the themes is almost always the same.

  14. The system is regularly changed by shopware without there being a proper roadmap for it.

    Apparently interfaces are changed instead of deprecating them and ensuring a transition phase, at least that's how I have to understand the warnings that are issued in the shop when enhancements are made. It is completely unacceptable from the customer's point of view if sufficiently large transition phases are not observed in which all providers can adapt to innovations/changes.   15. Extensions can also be rated directly from the Extension Manager. The structure of the form here is problematic from our point of view.
    Here, only stars can be assigned in total, which are then, however, internally assigned equally to the areas of functionality, usability, documentation and support.
    If someone rates with 3 stars, all of these areas automatically receive these 3 stars. A differentiation is therefore not possible.

  16. We sometimes have the same layouts selected as templates in some categories. In a few category pages content blocks are not filled. But then there are big gaps. So if the content is empty, the space between the blocks should decrease automatically.

  17. Currently, when you install Shopware, the country and tax configuration is very basic. This is of course because there is no "right" state that covers every scenario for every shop and this should be looked at and configured by every merchant depending on their circumstances.

    However, currently, this requires touching up every single country you plan to do business in individually, which is a lot of work.

    Most shops would probably be able to deactivate taxes for all countries in general and then touch up the ones where they cannot do this - this would be a lot less work.…

    It would be very good to get the possibility to see the whole name of the rules that are used. Either the name listed or shown when you hover over. (this applies across all admin)

  20. Let's assume I want to add a plugin which adds a slider with images to the frontend. These images have to be different depending on which language is set for the shop. If the customer changes the language in the frontend a different image should be displayed.
    There is no way to configure something like that in a comfortable way at the moment as far as I'm aware of.

    So the idea would be to either make the plugin setting values translatable or make media files translatable.
