  1. As an online merchant, I want to be able to search for property labels instead of for their values when adding them to the product.

    For example: if you search for "colour" as a property lable, it will not be found. Search results will only come up when searching for "blue".

    Most likely best practice: make option if online merchant wants to search for labels or values.

  2. Build a theme for B2B as a perfect starting point for B2B projects. It should be designed more "technically" to find as many products as possible quickly, add them to the shopping cart and buy them. A very large number of categories should be presentable ("Megamenu"). A large number of variants should be displayed comfortably. It should be possible to display many scales and customer-specific prices. And the B2B Suite is smoothly integrated.

  3. As a content creator, I maintain content for 2 or more sales channels within a shopping experience. For this, it would be very helpful if I could assign the whole section to a sales channel via the Rule Builder. Currently, I have to do this for each content block individually.

  4. If I am a customer who buys certain products over and over again, say monthly or yearly, it would be cool if Shopware would alert me if I want to reorder the product I order regularly.

  5. It would be nice if there is the possibility to create user rights which give the rights to create a product but not to activate it.
    So, e.g. an intern could get a user to create products, and an admin can activate them if they are ok.
    There could also be automation which sends a mail to an Admin to confirm and activate the product.

  8. It is possible to assign a rule of the rule builder to a content block. After the rule is assigned, the block will not be marked as an assigned block. For a better understanding, of how a layout is working, it would be helpful to mark such blocks.

  9. As the person responsible for orders that need to be released, I may have little time. It would be very helpful to be able to release the order via link. The link is in the mail that has arrived accordingly after the order of the customer me in copy as the person responsible.

  10. As a shop owner, I want to be informed about anomalies in my shop. Example: At a normal day, the shop makes 100 offers per day. But in case of a price error the shop makes 1000 order per hour. For this it would be great so set "alerts" based on rule. Condition: "amount orders per second/minute/hour/day greater than 1000" > mailt to shop owner.

  13. Now FB channel must be linked to a storefront. This is not usable for headless projects using external CMSs. Therefore every customer using headless cannot also use a social channel (FB, Instagram etc.) in combination.

  14. At the moment it is not possible to recognize debtors and employees of the debtor in the administration. It would be good if this can be better recognized in the administration. If necessary, it would be useful to be able to manage customers of the customer directly in the administration (add, edit, delete, etc.).

  16. Current problem: you cannot assign multiple DPG to build a category. Therefore you have to define and create a category elsewhere and cannot do it dynamically within shopware.

  17. It should be possible to subscribe / unsubscribe customers to the newsletter (should trigger a confirmation mail / doi). Additionally it should be possible to prevent sending marketing mails (newsletter and other marketing related mails like recommendations or a request for customer review). It is mandatory that this flag is taken into account by extensions and that it is checked whether an e-mail can be sent.
