  1. Currently, the net price changes if you offer products in other countries with different taxes. The gross price remains the same.

    There should be an option to decide for yourself whether the net price remains the same with a variable gross price, or whether the gross price remains the same with a variable net price.

  4. We want to validate street in the registration for using a number. Customer sometimes forget to enter a number in the street field, so the delivery is not possible. Simply checking for using a number could fix this problem.

Most of the people first click on the search positions bar if they want to add a position, because the add position button is next to it and it looks like you can search a product there and add this product as position with the button next to it. It's on the quick-order modal (ux1.png) such as on the normal new order window (ux2.png).

    I would suggest to use the searchbar for adding products and the search position bar should only appear if there already is a position inside the order (or maybe 3 or more positions are there).

  8. As a content creator, it would be great to have more options to format text. Changing font size and color or adding a class for optional formats would be a good start. With this, it would be possible for example to add accent colors to texts.

  9. Shop admins should have the possibility to define CC and BCC contacts in the mail send function within the flow builder, as well as have the option to define a reply-to address that is used whenever a customer tries to reply to a mail.

  11. A function is desired that shows in the shopping cart/cashout how much € is still needed until free delivery.

    This keeps customers in the shop and generates more sales. The function should be included in the standard.

  12. Some Online Merchants suffer from recurring guest accounts, cluttering the database. It would be good to have some kind of a configurable mechanism to delete guest accounts after the order is proceeded or after a specific time (month, years).

  14. Many customers customize the email templates for their shop. It often happens that certain e-mail templates are no longer sent because, for example, variables are incorrect.

    Troubleshooting the cause is then very difficult and time-consuming because:

    • There are no errors in the log with indications of the cause.
    • The e-mail test function still works with the e-mail template because variables are ignored.

    As a result, the e-mail template and the variables have to be checked with a great deal of effort and there are a lot of support tickets for this, as customers quickly reach their limits.

    In B2B, it is common practice for the purchaser to provide an external order number to ensure matching within customer accounting. Therefore, an optional field with “external order number” should be possible in the shop when placing the order (can be switched on/off in admin and per channel). This should be displayed in the order overview for the customer when logged in.
