  1. Entities that are currently being edited in the administration, whether a product, manufacturer, category, etc., should not be allowed to leave without an appropriate notice that the changes just made will be lost.

  2. Currently its not possible to configure synonyms directly within the backend. What adds to this problem is that lots of ecom teams do not have the capacity and knowledge people to handle them in the code directly and hence do not have the advantages of having synonyms to enrich search results

  3. Currently one can't create custom fields on custom products, options and sub options. That would be quite helpful.

  4. Dynamic Pricing is an interesting aspect of AI to consider.

    As this is not valid nor affordable for all online merchants, it could be a good idea for 3rd party extension.

  5. Current problem: you cannot create a promotion directly within the flow builder but have to configure many steps via tags to fulfill that purpose. That´s quite complicated and limits the customer loyalty options the flow builder could give to merchants.
    Current workaround: set a tag as action in flow builder, reuse this tag on promotion level and in a separate step configure sending out an e-mail to customers with this promocode

  8. It should be possible to subscribe / unsubscribe customers to the newsletter (should trigger a confirmation mail / doi). Additionally it should be possible to prevent sending marketing mails (newsletter and other marketing related mails like recommendations or a request for customer review). It is mandatory that this flag is taken into account by extensions and that it is checked whether an e-mail can be sent.

  10. As a merchant, I want to plan, create, preview, schedule, execute, track and analyze marketing initiatives in my shop that include CMS pages, promotions, products, payment & shipping options, etc. I want to manage this by connecting and managing all the relevant parts in one place.

So you cannot limitate, what products customers do see, find and buy in the end.current workaround: with dynamic access we can limit product visibility to certain tags or customer groups.   15. It should be possible to add product listings to landingpages (landingpages as the category type, not the layout). Solution could be the possibilty to select also layouts of type "Listing" in the Landingpages. Currently one can only select layouts of type "Landingpage".

  17. Currently data submitted by forms is only transferred via mail to the merchant. Therefor it can't be used for any further processing.
    Therefor it should be possible (optional?) to (also) send all form data to the database so the merchant can re-use it for ...

  19. Shopware possibly could handle custom prices in a good manner already today - preferably they should be maintained via api integration. Still there seems exist issues with the user interface when it comes to a large number of custom price(list)s. This epic targets the improved handling within the ui.
