Shopware 6 - Product Feedback & Ideas

This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

- Connect your Shopware Account or register with your email
- Use the search or choose a category for your idea to check if it has been submitted already
- Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests. Comment an idea to share extra details.
- If you create a new idea: Be clear with your idea; provide examples or even screenshots
- The more activity and votes an idea has, the higher the chance it will be implemented

  1. Customer group registration embedded in the shopping experiences

    It should be possible for the various customer group registration forms to be embedded in the shopping experiences as forms/content. Currently, this is only possible for individual contact forms with the CMS extensions.

  2. Enabling Guided Shopping via Shopware Storefronts & classics Storefronts

    Guided shopping is currently only available via PWA, the
    functionality should be extended to be available via the Shopware
    Frontends and classic storefronts.

  3. Alternative video conference partners

    Provide other video conferencing partners beyond daily.co. In the US,
    daily.co is not common and it would be easier for market adoption if
    Shopware added the following, more popular video conferencing tools:
    1. Zoom
    2. Google Hangouts
    3. Microsoft Teams

  4. Attachments in custom form

    It should be possible to create a form where the user can attach own files and send them via mail to the recipients. Currently, there seems to be no eventData type for files in general.

    As B2B customers oftentimes work collaboratively and on a frequent basis with their orders it is handy to have the possibility to save and share shopping baskets with other colleagues.

  6. Extend native capabilities for more social channel integrations

    As a shop owner I want to expand my business by introducing more social channels so that I can reach more potential customers of my target group with as low effort as possible.
