  2. As a merchant who wants to migrate to Shopware 6, I want a solution to minimise the effort of data migration from my current shop platform to Shopware 6.

    Example areas:
    - products
    - categories
    - custom products
    - customer data
    - order history
    - content
    - blog
    - etc.

    Currently its not possible to maintain all data of the shop (address, banking etc.) centrally and display it flexibly in documents, imprint, mail templates...

    This problem does only apply to a very niche target group and is mainly useful if a customer does want to try out new markets "quick and dirty". 

    Usually, there are other processes and concepts in place to handle those main information and merchants do not need additional small configuration help within the shopware admin to represent their company structure setting in terms of addresses. 

  6. Currently, orders are being tracked by google analytics on the confirmation page. Challenge: when you click "confirm" you need to connect to a payment provider and for example if your card has insufficient funds the order will be tracked but not actually gone through.
    Solution: Orders should only be tracked on the "finish"/success page - or even better: In the analytics tab in the sw6 admin, you should have a configuration that enables you to set the "location"/time when an order should be tracked acc. to your preference.

    Value for merchant: More realistic/reliant feedback on actual order numbers.

  7. The control module enables a merchant to set purchase restrictions e.g. how many items of a product can be ordered in a single transaction.
    (e.g. no more than 4 Products of any one reference and 15 Products in total for any consumer of xy products can be added to the shopping cart, ordered, and purchased by a single consumer)

    This control module also enables merchants to be vigilant regarding abnormal orders, recurring transactions by the same consumer (e.g. number of Products purchased during the same period, etc.), or consumers for whom links can be established (e.g. IP addresses, delivery addresses,…

  10. As a merchant I want to define certain actions (f.e. redirects) after steps/actions within the customer journey.

    For example:
    1. When an order is placed, redirect (or open) a special thank you page
    2. When somebody fills out the support form redirect them to the FAQ page to possibly get a quicker answer
    3. When a customer orders worth 1000 Euro send them to a hidden page with a loyalty program benefit

  11. We also use the anchor points when linking from other pages. Since we want to keep the sales channel and language, we need to set technical URLs.

    Also to not have to set the link again in every language. But this does not work in combination with anchor links. Since these are always provided with the designation of the point.

    These we must deposit then per language correctly. Desirable here would also be a "technical" address for an anchor point.

  12. Problem: It is not possible to combine two or more rules, you always have to create a completely new individual rule. If you want to refer to one condition that does not change in many cases this is a lot of additional manual work.

    Description: most common example is having a promotion rule that refers to a category and defines a discount of percentage.
    - rule A: category trousers + 20% discount
    - rule B: category trousers + 40% discount

    Proposed solution: you just need to change the discount condition

  13. It would be cool if I, as a shop owner, could assign my sales representatives to their customers based on rules. For example, with the help of the Rule Builder, I could filter all customers from France, which would then be automatically assigned to my French sales representatives.

  16. Show all payment related transactions and how they where allocated (which order for example). For the future this could be extend with the possibility to add credit to the customer account (for example in case of returns) which is available for the purchases as payment method.
