We have started to implement the first iteration. There will be further iterations in which we expand the range of the service and deliver more and more statistics bit by bit.
As we provide the feature as a cloud service, we can regularly update it with new functionalities independently of the release cycles of Shopware.

As "Jens Raspe" said, the statistic under Marketing -> Evaluation -> Evaluation is really critical.
I want to add the function from SW5: Marketing > Evaluation > analysis for cancelation! I really like and use it (for coupons and to see if something goes wrong in my shop). There is a lot of money in this function and it improves our customer services.
