Hello, it's a major problem for us that the authorization to process PayPal refunds is currently tied to other order permissions.
Our customer service team absolutely needs these other order permissions, but they aren't allowed to process PayPal refunds. Unfortunately, this is happening repeatedly.
We need to be able to configure our "Customer Service" role more precisely in this regard.
We would therefore be very grateful for a prompt adjustment.
