    Another user writes that they've "found that the standard delivery times stored are calculated with each day of the calendar, which generally makes no sense. An optional setting for working days (= Mon-Fri, and excluding public holidays) should be implemented. If necessary, with manual storage of the relevant public holidays (selected from a list?). As long as this is not available, it will be very tight or even impossible for some to meet the promised time for the item. Otherwise, the result would be to set everything to as long as possible to be on the safe side. But that is not really ideal."

    On a technical level, calculating / knowing about public holidays for each country would require some effort so on its face this would not be a trivial change.
