1. Admin orders: Add option to manually add deactivated products

   A customer of ours suggested this feature;

   It should be possible to have the option to add deactivated products to a manually placed order. Perhaps with a checkbox while we're adding the products or clearly mark the deactivated products in order to avoid mixing them up with active ones, in case product names are rather similar.

   The specific usecase is this:

   That merchant frequently places manual orders in their Admin for customers. Contrary to what one might assume (I did so as well), it is not a once-in-a-lifetime event that while you work on said manual order, another customer in the frontend already buys the stock away, leading to the product no longer being available. The shop owner reported THREE separate occasions where this happened and thus, understandably, now seeks a solution for these cases.

   There are workarounds of course, but they all come with advantages and disadvantages and at least I was not able to think of any which is really failure proof. They all also require multiple steps to get them working (like manually adjusting stock amounts before the manual order and then after again) other than automating everything via API, which sort of defeats the point of Admin orders.

   Assuming we tackle this problem, it should most definitely be a setting or option because if we show any and all products, even deactivated ones, as possible selection during the creation of manual orders, we'll probably introduce new problems for shops which only have products available once and never again afterwards. In these cases, the products likely end up disabled once they're sold out and they'd NOT want those to clutter the dropdown list when placing an Admin order.

2. Custom Products: Add option to display configurator in a modal on the product detail page

   Description:
   Currently, the Custom Products configurator is rendered inline on the product detail page (PDP), typically within the buy box or page flow. For products with complex configurations and many options, this can lead to a cluttered layout and negatively impact the user experience.

   Proposal:
   Introduce an optional display mode that renders the Custom Products configurator inside a modal (overlay), triggered via a button in the buy box.

   Example Behavior:
   - A button such as “Configure product” is shown in the buy box
   - On click, a modal opens containing the full configurator
   - The configurator runs entirely inside the modal (including validation, dynamic pricing, etc.)
   - After completion, the modal closes and the selected configuration is applied to the product

   Benefits:
   - Improved clarity and usability for complex configurations
   - Better user focus by isolating the configuration process
   - Consistent UX pattern used by many modern configurator-based shops
   - Significantly improved mobile experience (e.g. fullscreen modal)

   Optional Enhancements:
   - Selectable display modes:
   - Inline (current behavior)
   - Step-by-step (existing)
   - Modal (new)
   - Configurable globally or per product in the admin
   - Fullscreen modal option for mobile devices

   Technical Notes:
   - Could leverage existing storefront modal mechanisms (e.g. modal / AJAX modal infrastructure)
   - Reuse of existing Custom Products components inside the modal
   - No changes required to business logic, only presentation layer

   Priority / Use Case:
   Relevant for merchants with:

   • complex or visual product configurations
   • multiple option groups
   • strong focus on UX and conversion optimization

5. Storage stock alert / warning via Email

   Storage stock alert / warning via Email:

   • Minimum stock per item can be defined
   • daily notification of affected items

   In Shopware 5 there was a function to define a minimum stock per article. If this was undercut, the system sent an email message to the admin so that the stocks could be replenished.
