Shopware App for mobiles
Please note that most competitors have an app for mobile, to follow some real time KPI statistics. That would make sense for Shopware to have. what are the thoughts about that from Shopware?

Admin: ability to display all products of category including subcategories
Currently, one cannot display all products from a category including subcategories in the administration. Both the filter on the product page and the assigned products page of the category will only display directly assigned products.
It would be helpful to have a filter option to display products of subcategories as well. Otherwise, one would need to use workarounds via dynamic product groups, the API, or Import/Export.

UX improvement: Switch directly from the backend product to the frontend view.
When you do changes in backoffice of a product there should be a button from wich you can directly open a new tab with the product in frontend. So you can easily and fast check your changes

Allow saving changes by pressing Enter in the Admin
Allow saving changes by pressing Enter in the Admin
Description:
In Shopware 5, it was possible to save many changes simply by pressing the Enter key after editing a field. This made product maintenance much faster because users did not have to move their hand from the keyboard to the mouse to click Save or the checkmark. In Shopware 6, after editing fields such as prices, users always have to click the save/checkmark button with the mouse.
For merchants maintaining hundreds or thousands of products every day, this results in many unnecessary mouse clicks and slows down the workflow.

sorting by publication date should also be possible ascending and descending order
When sorting products by publication date, it should also be possible to choose between ascending and descending order. Now only descending is possible
Man sollte bei der Produktsortierung nach Erscheinungsdatum auch ab- oder aufsteigend auswählen können. Aktuell nur ist nur absteigend möglich

Option to hide editing tools in the image editor
It would be great if there were a way to hide the editing tools in the image editor.
The advantage of this is that they would no longer take up a large portion of the screen.1 voteGathering Feedback

Enable swiping of product images in the gallery
When a customer views a product page on a mobile device, it is possible to swipe through the different product images.
However, once the gallery (full screen) is opened, it is no longer possible to navigate through the images by swiping, and only the arrow keys can be used.
This behavior is not transparent and therefore not comprehensible to the customer, making it feel like an error.

QOL User Experience Settings
I will take the example of warehouses but it's a general QOL functionality that could be handy. I used to work for Odoo and I'm suggesting some nice general UI improvements that would reduce clicks and manual work.
1) When you click on WH1 you open it, you don't need to click on the 3 dots
2) Once you are in WH2 on the right there would be an arrow to go to the previous or next record (in this case warehouses)
3) In the Warehouse Group when you start typing you could create a new group directly on the…1 voteGathering Feedback

“Aktiv” Button eines Produkts sollte sofort ersichtlich sein
Der Button ein Produkt aktiv oder inaktiv zu schalten, sollte sofort, wenn man im Backend auf ein Produkt klickt, ersichtlich und anwählbar sein.
The button to activate or deactivate a product should be immediately visible and selectable when clicking on a product in the backend.

The chosen delivery country of shopping basket should be preselected for customer registration
As a new customer, it would be nice if the delivery country selected in the shopping basket was also preselected on the customer registration page.
Currently, I go to the shop, add an item to my shopping basket, select France as the delivery country (also to see the shipping costs for that country), then click on "Checkout" and am taken to the "Login/Registration page". There, Germany is set as the country again and I have to select "France" once more.
Not really user-friendly!

Filters for Flow Builder
For bigger lists of any entity, it is super important to have filters in order to find efficiently what you are looking for. We have filters for the Products, Customers, Rule Builder overviews and probably in many other menus as well.
There for we should most definitely also have this kind of filtering also for the Flow Builder overview.
Finding the flow you are looking for only with the search is a pain. Try to search for the flow "Order placed". Since the string "order" is part in 90% of all flows out of the box, you will not be…

maintenance mode without own path
Make active Maintenance-Mode not redirect to another path. Render the maintenance page with the status code if the maintenance mode is active, keeping the current URL.
This makes the customers happy. while they don't need to find out where they were before.

Multi Inventory - Save multiple stock updates at once
Feature: Multi Inventory
If you have multiple warehouses in a warehouse group, at the moment you need to save the changes for every single warehouse one after the other. This does not feel intuitiv and slows down the process.
I have recorded this in a test environment:
https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/44727162?key=8481c10b30e8e71a1daeda1cee4be3daAs you can see this can be quite annoying.
In my opinion, it would be more user friendly if there would be one global save button for the multi inventory window than having to save every single change for every single warehouse.

Admin content language selection
When you currently access an overview in our Admin (e.g. Product overview), the content will always be shown in the system default language, no matter what your admin user setting is. I have attached a screenshot, where you can see, that the menus overall are all in english but the content is showing the german language instead, since it's the default system language.
This really annoying since it forces me to switch in every menu the content language back to english.
My suggestion would be to take the language settings of the admin user into account and always show the…

Multi Inventory - Adding stock redirects annoyingly
When working with the Shopwares Multi Inventory feature and wanting to assign stock to products, there is an annoying redirect to the first Warehouse Group after every update of stock in another Warehouse group.
I have recorded this to showcase:
https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/44724575?key=28cd44e9f3bd2e226b5b66e013185d70As you can see in the video, whenever I apply changes to warehouse group 2 & 3, you get redirected to the group 1 again, even if I might still need more changes applied in those previous groups. This interrupts and slows down the process, because I have to navigate back to either group 2 & 3 again.

Better Utilization of Screen Space (UX)
The product variant management page in Shopware 6 wastes significant screen space on larger monitors, forcing unnecessary horizontal and vertical scrolling. The table is too narrow and doesn’t adapt to the available screen size, making key information harder to access.
Proposed Solution:
- Dynamically resize the table to fill the available screen space.
- Add options for compact view and column customization.
- Enable full-screen mode for data-intensive pages. These changes will enhance usability, save time, and improve the user experience.
Problem Description:
The current user interface of the Shopware 6 product variant management page does not efficiently utilize the available screen space…

Add a visible dropdown to improve mobile “My Account” navigation
On desktop, the “My Account” area shows a clear sidebar with all sections. On mobile, customers often don’t realize they need to tap the profile (“person”) icon to switch between sections. This is not self-explanatory and leads to confusion.
Proposal: Add a persistent, clearly labeled dropdown on every “My Account” page in the mobile view. The dropdown would list all key sections (e.g., Payment Methods, Addresses, Returns, Vouchers), so users can switch pages directly without hunting for hidden icons.

Improve error handling in administration
There’s a great opportunity to enhance the user experience in our administration modules by refining error handling. Currently, some users encounter cryptic messages like "Oops, that didn't work" or technical jargon that's hard to understand. By improving clarity and providing more helpful guidance, we can make these notifications more user-friendly and accessible. Addressing these issues will make troubleshooting smoother for all users, and it would be great to revisit this area to bring more clarity and support to error messages.
