    Now that we have released the beta phase of our new service, Shopware Analytics, we will focus on polishing and expanding the service to get it out of beta as soon as possible.


    Overview of areas we focus on:

    • Bug fixes
    • More KPIs & dashboards
    • Filter
    • Storefront user journey insights
    • Making it feel more like a native Shopware feature


    We continuously align our ideas with your feedback to have the best chance of working on the most relevant topics.


    The idea might have the status planned right now, but remember that we will release it independently from Shopware releases. We aim to be able to release weekly.

    Thank you for this fantastic tool, it has a lot of potential!

    Here are a few suggestions for improvements:

    1. Number of new customers, specifically those who have ordered for the first time in the last X days.
    2. Source of the customers.
    3. Popular search terms.
    4. Ability to compare data from two or more months side by side.
    5. Number of items sold per product within a selected timeframe.
    6. Orders with coupons/codes categorized by the most and least used.
    7. Abandoned carts.
    8. Orders categorized by quarter/week/day/time/gender.
    9. And of course, visitors/real-time visitors/visitors by category/page.

    These are just a few ideas that I believe would make many users of your plugin very happy. :)
