  • Use the search or choose a category for your idea to check if it has been submitted already
  • Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests. Comment an idea to share extra details.
  • If you create a new idea: Be clear with your idea; provide examples or even screenshots
  • The more activity and votes an idea has, the higher the chance it will be implemented

  1. Following the launch of the first iteration of Shopware Analytics, we are continuing to develop the next iterations, which will further enhance functionalities. Additionally, we will steadily introduce a series of new dashboards featuring more metric visualizations. These updates will be rolled out independently of Shopware minor releases, leveraging the flexibility of our App-based service.

    We invite you to explore the new features of Shopware Analytics and share your feedback. Your insights and feedback will be considered during development to ensure continuous improvement.

    Now that we have released the beta phase of our new service, Shopware Analytics, we will focus on polishing and expanding the service to get it out of beta as soon as possible.


    Overview of areas we focus on:

    • Bug fixes
    • More KPIs & dashboards
    • Filter
    • Storefront user journey insights
    • Making it feel more like a native Shopware feature


    We continuously align our ideas with your feedback to have the best chance of working on the most relevant topics.


    The idea might have the status planned right now, but remember that we will release it independently from Shopware releases. We aim to be able to release weekly.


  2. We have received feedback from our customers that comprehensive order statistics would be helpful. When logged into the customer account, the following key figures for the customer account should be visible:

    Total value of orders
    Number of orders
    Number of order items
    Average order value per order
    Average number of order items per order
    Items sorted by order total (SKU, item name, order total)

  4. Integrate ChatGPT specifically for the use of code interpreter to be able to create shop data analysis and data visualisation for different shop entities e.g. for order statistics, (anonymised) customer behaviour, product data, recommendation performances, search statistics, etc.
