We are facing a situation where we have various individual discount codes per sales channel. Typically, we’re talking about 10,000 codes per campaign. Unfortunately, this means that if I want to send these codes to my colleagues for purposes like newsletters or publishers, I have to download all of them.
We are still at the beginning with Shopware, and the export already contains around 160,000 codes. This process takes a very long time, and it’s also quite tedious to filter the relevant codes from the Excel file afterwards.
It would be incredibly helpful for us if we could export the codes by sales channel directly.

With around 500 products and numerous promotions throughout the year, it creates an enormous additional workload! I can hardly imagine how complex it must be for brands with an even larger product portfolio.

Export of promo codes by minimum Sales Channel on in best way per each definded promotion. At the moment we have to export all existing promo codes everytime we've created new ones. Today we talk about ~750K codes in our case and we're on Showpare only since Dec 2024...
Next to the list of the induvidual codes in the promotion area there could may be an export button?
