Guest orderers can bypass promotion limits

In case of a general promotional code, the condition of use per customer does not apply. That is, even if 1 is entered there, a guest orderer can use the code for each order again.In the Rule Builder, there is no condition that can be used to query whether an e-mail address has already redeemed a code. Merchants often need to ad a simple script to their theme for example to validate ownership. Therefor there should be a possibility to add scripts to the storefront theme. Maybe integrated into the consent tool.

Duplicate Promotion
Currently it is not possible to duplicate promotions and edit the duplicated one afterwards. This would help to be more efficient in the administration.

Promotion: Overview of customers/orders with a used fixed action code
Within a promotion with a configured fixed promotion code there should be an overview of the orders with this code. Like the overview in a promotion with individual code.
So you get an overview about the number of used codes and in which orders and from which customer it was used.

Thresholds for promotions
At the moment it is not possible to create tresholds for promotions within one promotion. I want to create one promotion and say that 30€ gives 10% discount, 40€gives 15% discount and 50€ 20% discount for example. This would decrease the manual effort a lot and increase efficiency.

Use abandoned carts to increase customer loyalty
What should be possible?
Collect abandoned cart for logged users, ability to review them in the admin, design email template and schedule reminder email to customers with their cards, auto-generate coupons for these emails.

Different modes for promotion line-items
Offer a broader spectrum of options to integrate promotions which are matching the requirements of third-party systems such as ERP.
Since every shopping system creates a promotion differently, it is always a pain to handle promotions while integrating an ERP system. Some can't handle positions without identifiers (order number/product number), and others can't handle their own promotion positions and require the direct deduction of the product prices.

Customer journey funnel builder
