1. Legally compliant integration of EU Guarantee and Warranty Labels (EU 2024/825 & 2025/1960)

   Beschreibung:
   Ab dem 27. September 2026 müssen B2C-Online-Shops in der EU die neuen, standardisierten Gewährleistungs- und Garantielabel (GARAN-Label) anzeigen. Um Händler vor Abmahnrisiken zu schützen, sollte Shopware hierfür eine native Core-Lösung bereitstellen.

   Folgende Anforderungen sind für eine automatisierte und rechtssichere Umsetzung notwendig:

   1. Globale Steuerung & Checkout-Einbindung für das Gewährleistungslabel: Da das gesetzliche Gewährleistungslabel für jeden B2C-Artikel verpflichtend ist, muss Shopware eine flexible, globale Ausgabe ermöglichen. Händler müssen die Wahl haben, das statische Gewährleistungslabel entweder direkt auf der Produktdetailseite ODER gesammelt im Checkout unmittelbar vor dem finalen „Jetzt kaufen“-Button (z. B. im Bereich der AGB-/Widerrufs-Checkboxen) anzeigen zu lassen.

   2. Produktspezifische Einbindung des Garantielabels (Backend): Die Pflicht für das Garantielabel gilt nur für Artikel, bei denen der Hersteller eine Garantie von mehr als 2 Jahren gewährt. Im Backend (Produktstamm) muss es die Option geben, dieses Label pro Artikel zu hinterlegen.

   Shopware sollte hier zwei Wege unterstützen:

   • Option A (Datei-Upload): Ein Medienfeld, um eine vom Hersteller fertig bereitgestellte Label-Grafik (SVG/PNG) direkt am Produkt hochzuladen.

   • Option B (Dynamisches Rendering): Datenfelder für die Rohdaten (Herstellername, Modellkennung, Garantiedauer), aus denen Shopware das Label standardkonform generiert.

   Eine Bulk-Edit- und Import/Export-Funktion für diese Daten/Zuweisungen ist zwingend erforderlich.

   1. Frontend-Ausgabe (CMS / Erlebniswelten): Bereitstellung von responsive CMS-Blöcken/Elementen für die Produktdetailseite. Für das Garantielabel muss auch ein rechtssicheres, geschachteltes Format (z. B. vollständige Anzeige erst bei Mouseover/Klick auf ein kompaktes Siegel) unterstützt werden, da die EU dies für Online-Interfaces ausdrücklich erlaubt.

   2. Internationalisierung (Mehrsprachigkeit): Automatische Bereitstellung der offiziellen EU-Textbausteine und Label-Vorlagen für alle EU-Sprachen über das native Snippet-System.

   3. Dauerhafter Datenträger (Flow Builder / Mail): Automatisierte Einbindung der produktspezifischen Labels in die Bestellbestätigungs-E-Mail (z. B. via Flow Builder als Bedingung), da Händler verpflichtet sind, diese Informationen nach dem Kauf auf einem dauerhaften Datenträger bereitzustellen.

   Da es sich hierbei um eine harte gesetzliche Pflicht für alle EU-Händler handelt, wäre eine native Integration ein enormer Mehrwert für das gesamte Shopware-Ökosystem.

   Starting September 27, 2026, B2C e-commerce merchants in the EU are legally required to display the new, highly standardized harmonized notice (warranty label) and harmonized label (commercial guarantee of durability / GARAN-label). To protect merchants from severe legal risks, Shopware should implement a native core solution.

   The following technical requirements are necessary for a compliant and automated implementation:

   1. Global Control & Checkout Placement for the Warranty Label: Since the legal warranty notice is mandatory for every B2C product, Shopware must provide flexible, global rendering options. Merchants need the ability to display the static warranty notice either directly on the product detail page OR globally in the checkout flow right before the final "Buy now" button.

   2. Product-Specific Integration of the Guarantee Label (Backend): The commercial guarantee label is only required if a manufacturer provides a guarantee of more than 2 years. In the product catalog, Shopware should offer a flexible way to assign this label per item, supporting two methods:

   • Option A (File Upload): A media field to upload a pre-made label graphic (SVG/PNG) provided directly by the manufacturer.

   • Option B (Dynamic Rendering): Fields for raw data (manufacturer name, model identifier, guarantee duration) where Shopware dynamically renders the standardized layout.
     Bulk-edit and import/export capabilities for these fields/assignments are essential.

   1. Frontend Rendering (CMS / Shopping Experiences): Ready-to-use CMS blocks for the product detail page. For the guarantee label, a compliant nested format (e.g., expanding the full label via mouseover/click on a compact badge) must be supported, as explicitly allowed by EU regulations for online interfaces.

   2. Internationalization (Localization): Native integration of the official EU text elements and label templates for all EU languages within the Shopware snippet system.

   3. Durable Medium (Flow Builder / Order Confirmation Mail): Automated inclusion of the product-specific labels in the order confirmation email (e.g., via Flow Builder conditions), as merchants are legally required to provide this information post-purchase on a durable medium.

   Since this is a mandatory legal requirement for all B2C merchants selling within the EU, a native core implementation would provide immense value to the entire Shopware ecosystem.

2. E-invoice for partial cancellation invoice

   It is currently not possible to issue a partial cancellation for a ZUGFeRD invoice. This is a necessary part of daily operations, particularly when the invoice is paid at the time of the order—for instance, via PayPal Checkout.

3. Possibility to disable HTML Sanitizer

   With 6.5, the HTML Sanitizer was added, which removes possible malicious code in the text editor in the admin. There are possibilities to add certain bypasses, but no possibility to disable it completely.

   For example, some CSS attributes cannot be bypassed because they are simply not supported by HTML Purifier.

   Please add a function to disable this completely. About e.g. the shopware.yaml or .env

4. Button to go back to the last open window

   Function back in the backend menu.

   e.g.: I go to the product overview on page 3 and jump to an article.

   If I click back I end up back on page 1 and have to click back to page 3.

   Sometimes it's also the case that if you're in one area and you jump from there to another, you can't come back.

   E.g.: I open a product in an order. If I click on back I end up in the product overview and I have no choice but to look for the order again and open it again.

   The only workaround is to open everything in separate tabs or to use the browser's back button, which you then have to click several times.

   In SW 5 there were tabs within the backend for this.

5. Export orders: export only the newest orders

   Currently, only all orders can be exported. It would be nice if "the newest" orders could be exported.
