Legally compliant integration of EU Guarantee and Warranty Labels (EU 2024/825 & 2025/1960)
Beschreibung:

E-invoice for partial cancellation invoice
It is currently not possible to issue a partial cancellation for a ZUGFeRD invoice. This is a necessary part of daily operations, particularly when the invoice is paid at the time of the order—for instance, via PayPal Checkout.

Allow Multiple Subscription Products in One Cart
Currently, Shopware only allows a single subscription product in the cart.
It should be possible to add multiple subscription products (different SKUs) to the same subscription order, as long as they share the same subscription interval. If a subscription already exists in the cart, incompatible intervals for additional products could simply be disabled.
This would improve the customer experience, support common subscription use cases, and reduce the need for multiple separate subscriptions.

Mark quotes with message in the quote listing
EN
When requesting quotes via B2B Components, shop customers have the option to send a message. Unfortunately, there is no indication in the quote list that a message has been sent. No additional fields are available either. Our client’s request is as follows: please mark quotes that include a message directly in the listing, for example using a speech bubble icon or similar.

Make the validity of the guest order link (deep link) adjustable
Currently, the link for guest orders is only valid for 30 days. This value is hard-coded in the source code in such a way that it cannot be easily overwritten with a simple event listener. It is necessary to decorate the entire OrderRoute and completely override the
load()method in order to adjust the value within thefilterOldOrders()method, which is unfortunately private. The value of 30 days is often far too short, especially when the shop works a lot with pre-orders that can be ordered months in advance. The support effort for this is immense.
At the moment, the…

Support cron jobs per application in Shopware Native PaaS
Some business processes (like product imports) need automated scripts to run on a schedule. Shopware Native PaaS should support cron jobs per application, ideally managed through sw-paas.
5 votesThe cronjob support has been added to Shopware PaaS, details here https://developer.shopware.com/docs/products/paas/shopware/guides/cronjobs.html

Budgets: Add visibility permission
Currently, when you create different budgets for different organization units, all users can see all budgets if they have the permission to view the budgets. How ever, a user assigned to a specific organization unit does not need to see the budget of a different unit. For that reason we should have a permission checkbox that allows users to only see the budgets assigned to their organization units.
We do this already for example for the orders and quotes.

Custom Pricing not visible in admin
Currently when using the Commercial Custom Pricing feature, prices are not visible in the admin. Entities must be maintained via the API, and visibility into the values set for specific customer groups/customers can not be seen from the admin.
Having a screen where we can view the prices a customer/customer group would be great for the end users of Shopware. While maintaining these records from the admin would be a nice to have, the read only functionality would be a good start.
For our customers using this feature we've had to build database views/reports into the admin so they can…

B2B Components - Allow default permissions for new accounts or customer groups
There should be an option to set default permissions for new user accounts, perhaps based on customer group assignment. Currently the only way to automatically enable B2B Components features is through a custom registration form.

Compliance with the EU standard on eInvoicing till 2025
Please research about whether or not we should implement ZUGFeRD or x-invoice into Shopware and if yes, on how to implement it. Maybe this could be a good starting point (German only): https://stachowitz-medien.de/e-rechnungen/.
Please also think about communication if we will not implement this into Shopware.

Provide a GUI for non-technical tasks in Shopware Native PaaS
Not everyone is comfortable using sw-paas commands for everyday tasks. A simple dashboard for creating apps, cloning environments, etc would make Shopware Native PaaS easier to use for less technical users.

Command to fully clone an environment in sw-paas
Setting up a new staging or testing environment in Shopware Native PaaS is slow because everything has to be reinstalled and reconfigured manually. A single sw-paas command could copy the database, settings, and plugins from an existing environment in one step, saving significant time.
2 votesThe cloning command is available in Shopware Paas Native, details here https://developer.shopware.com/docs/products/paas/shopware/guides/clone-application.html

Add a "budget functionality" to the B2B Components
The permission management of the B2B Components does not properly fill out the function of managing budgets for each B2B Components user.
Someone needs to keep track on how much a customer has bought and if his/her budget is spent.
They also need to know how high the budget is with no indication of that being given via our B2B Components.I good way to solve this would be to build a budget functionality as in the B2B Suite.
That would make it easier to keep track of the budget and it would reduce the amount of controlling.12 votesLaunched with 6.7.4.0

B2B: Enable sending quotes from shop owner to B2B customer
EN
Some users of the B2B Components need the option to create offers, i.e. initialized by the store operator and not by the B2B customer. Up to now, this has only been possible when the customer logs in, which is not very user-friendly. The request is therefore: Please make it possible for store operators to easily send offers to their B2B customers.
In addition, it would be nice if store customers were informed about changes to their B2B status after the store operator has made a decision (e.g. we have activated the shopping lists for you).DE
