  1. The quick order function of Shopware Commercial currently only allows the upload of .csv files that are separated by a comma. However, Microsoft Excel works with the semicolon for csv files by default. As a result, it has become a kind of industry standard in the B2B sector to use csv files with semicolons. It would be very helpful if you could set in the admin which separator is expected when uploading .csv files in the quick order.

  2. It should be possible to create quotations for multiple quantities in B2B.
    Currently, quantities are combined in an order with a request for quotation.

    Example:

    Product XX - 500 = 50€

    Product XX - 1500 = 130€

    This is currently combined in the shopping cart as it is the same product.

  3. Hello! We would like to check our business customers in advance. That's why they only have to fill out a form, which is sent to us. We then create the customer. To do this, registration and guest orders for the sales channel would have to be specifically deactivated. A form on the registration page would be great

  4. With the new b2b integration inside the commercial plugin, you are up to integrate salesrepresentatives. Inside the old b2b-Plugin it wasn't possible to buy products as a SR for your own. They just saw there customers.

    It woult be cool if they are able to, because we go lots of external SRs who love to use our products too. In the past we needed double accounting for our external SRs who want to buy our products.

  5. Use case:
    we have 2 sales channels:
    - B2B (frontend display without VAT and other payment methods activated as B2C)
    - B2C (frontend display with VAT and other payment methods activated as B2B)
    - both channels have the same articles activated

    Problem: If you are not logged in, your shopping cart is emptied when you change channels.

    Request: Shopping cart is retained when changing channels, as long as the item is available in both channels.

  6. It would be very helpful to automatically assign customers to the sales representative with the Rule Builder.
    For example, based on postal code areas or tags.

  7. The activity stream can also be used as a helpful chat to exchange information. Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a line break there. This makes sense when a formal form of address is used.

  8. Currently the B2B Suite has the same address fields as the B2C storefront
    but it should have some additional fields/options on the different places
    to adapt B2B specific needs for addresses (e.g. tax numbers, country display etc.).
    Also, it is not possible to edit addresses during the checkout process.

  9. As a debtor, I want to have contact with as less restrictions as possible. At the moment a contact needs an assigned budget AND an assigned contingent to place an order. Make it possible to place an order WITHOUT an assigned contingent and budget.

  10. Especially for B2B merchants, basic product configuration solved with our Custom Products feature is not enough. Highly complex and individual configurations must be supported, e.g. to configure products like hardware parts, individual window/door requirements etc.

    3D Visualisation could reduce complexity, for example with explosion graphics demonstrating machines and their individual (spare) parts.

  14. The debtor should be able to create a central purchase („Zentraleinkauf") with the help of the role administration in the B2B Suite and limit this central purchase to a certain catalog assortment (e.g., only 50,000 of 60,000 products). The central purchasing department, in turn, should also be able to restrict buyers to a certain assortment of only 250 products in the front end within the B2B Suite.

  16. For orders from B2B contacts, the email address of the B2B debtor is always displayed. However, it should also be possible to output the B2B contact.

  18. Customers of shop owners not only place orders in the store, but also by phone or fax. Orders that were not placed via the store but via other channels should be easy to import, identify and also evaluate in B2B Suite, e.g. with the help of statistics.

  19. Currently some functions as setting tags for customers, interacting with the flow builder etc. are missing for the B2B Suite. Hence, customers cannot fully use the potential of shopware when using the suite.
