customers can already change their mail address within the customer profile. You can go to the customer account and then your profile. If you scroll down you can find the change email address option.

Thank you for your feedback. I can understand the point about the strike prices in the email template.
Could you explain in more detail how this relates to the goal of informing customers about longer delivery times?
