If understood correctly: A big problem for us is that vouchers, for example, are burned if a payment fails. Then the voucher is no longer valid. Customers are at most confused because the voucher is gone.

This is now also a problem for us in the implementation of our new loyalty program. The customer should be able to combine several rewards (=vouchers). We don't want to prevent this, as they have really earned these rewards. We have a lot of customers with several open rewards. The vouchers are all in the same series. We see this issue in hotjar pretty clearly. For us it makes no sense, that the cart is cleared then.
