How it works

  • Use the search or choose a category for your idea to check if it has been submitted already
  • Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests. Comment an idea to share extra details.
  • If you create a new idea: Be clear with your idea; provide examples or even screenshots
  • The more activity and votes an idea has, the higher the chance it will be implemented

  1. Following the launch of the first iteration of Shopware Analytics, we are continuing to develop the next iterations, which will further enhance functionalities. Additionally, we will steadily introduce a series of new dashboards featuring more metric visualizations. These updates will be rolled out independently of Shopware minor releases, leveraging the flexibility of our App-based service.

    We invite you to explore the new features of Shopware Analytics and share your feedback. Your insights and feedback will be considered during development to ensure continuous improvement.

    Now that we have released the beta phase of our new service, Shopware Analytics, we will focus on polishing and expanding the service to get it out of beta as soon as possible.


    Overview of areas we focus on:

    • Bug fixes
    • More KPIs & dashboards
    • Filter
    • Storefront user journey insights
    • Making it feel more like a native Shopware feature


    We continuously align our ideas with your feedback to have the best chance of working on the most relevant topics.


    The idea might have the status planned right now, but remember that we will release it independently from Shopware releases. We aim to be able to release weekly.

    Thanks again for your valuable feedback on the blog! We apologize for the delay in developing the Blog feature as our team got restructured and is currently prioritizing developing the new B2B components, leading to a pause in its development. We understand that this news may be frustrating, as we do not have a clear timeline for when to resume work on the Blog feature. However, we will keep you updated as soon as we have more information, the Blog still has a high priority, and we appreciate all kinds of feedback. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

  4. Problem:
    Merchants don't know which how the search is used by the customer. Therefore it's difficult to optimize and enhance the experience for end user.

    Solution:
    Provide data about most used keywords, errors, search volume, etc.

  8. Merchants should be able to define certain data combinations they would like to reuse throughout the shop to provide specialized content to their customers.

    Merchants gain more flexibility to define either content like "recipes" or set a price to content (e.g. newspapers), courses etc
