the area written in "No Positions yet" could have a link with a bigger "+" Symbol to add positions (besides changing the add / search bar
We have a strong seasonal business, so title says it all:
KPI and other measured variables should be comparable to same selected periods with previous year's figures.

KPIs und andere Messgrößen sollten mit den Zahlen des Vorjahres für die gleichen ausgewählten Zeiträume vergleichbar sein.
