UX-Improvement for Admin Orders
Most of the people first click on the search positions bar if they want to add a position, because the add position button is next to it and it looks like you can search a product there and add this product as position with the button next to it. It's on the quick-order modal (ux1.png) such as on the normal new order window (ux2.png).
I would suggest to use the searchbar for adding products and the search position bar should only appear if there already is a position inside the order (or maybe 3 or more positions are there).
At all, I think you need the add position bar way more often than the searchposition bar.

The design of the order overview in version 6.4.20.2 is more intuitive than the current one. The order handling is faster and simpler as with 6.5 and 6.6.
If you would make usability tests, you could see that.
All important information should be on one page, not behind tabs.

Adding a product when there are products/variants with similar names side by side is time consuming and difficult.
Expected result:
- a search engine that makes it easy to find a product - by product number, name
- the product list, where the full name of the product is displayed

What I would also like to see is the option of displaying the "Comment" column in the order overview. This would save many users, including myself, a lot of time, as it would no longer be necessary to click on each individual order to display a comment(Edited by admin) -

We have migrated from Magento 2 to Shopware 6 but admin orders in Shopware 6 are really a hassle and pain. That Search bar should work for adding products and not searching for products that are in the order. Nobody uses that. You would need more than 40 products in one order before the search like the way it is now would maybe be handy. But even then CTRL-F would work also.
But this is not the only thing, the tabs are not logical either. In the general tab I think some addresses should be visible too.
And you should be able to click through to the customer account also, this is also not possible at the moment.
Furthermore there should be a block on adding and removing product items from the order then documents are made for this order.

Was soll diese unsinnige Aufteilung in verschiedenen Tabs?

We need a better overview, not in tabs. Alle important informations have to be on first page. Like in my example.

Shopware requires an improved order overview interface, akin to what was available before the update to version 6.5. The current view has significantly deteriorated, making it no longer quickly accessible. The division into various tabs has made the order overview extremely cluttered and difficult to navigate. The usability of the order overview should be a priority.

the area written in "No Positions yet" could have a link with a bigger "+" Symbol to add positions (besides changing the add / search bar

There should be a link in the order detail to directly open the customer of the order.

Currently the sorting it: the oldest is first. It should the the latest (newest) order first.

Also the color display in the order overview and detail overview with the blue, green, grey dot is much worse than it was before with the larger colored areas. It must be possible to simply select and copy the delivery and billing address (copy button?). This was still possible with 6.4.
With 6.5 there is no overview and everything is spread over different tabs. My productivity suffers greatly as a result.
Let the customer choose whether they want the new or old design.
