  1. If several orders are waiting for approval or the orders have not yet been processed, it should be possible to merge these orders. This saves customers and store operators effort and money.

  3. The current B2B Suite usability is too complex at some points, esp. the right & role management. Therefore we should ease up this process and make it clearly understandable

  4. Problem: Right now you have to configure every single role in a B2B Suite by yourself. This is additional manual effort for customers.

  5. Currently sales representatives do not see commissions or general other states about their customers. But this would be helpful for their motivation and ease up the customer management, esp. if there is no ERP system involved, covering up those functionalities already

  6. The debtor should be able to create a central purchase („Zentraleinkauf") with the help of the role administration in the B2B Suite and limit this central purchase to a certain catalog assortment (e.g., only 50,000 of 60,000 products). The central purchasing department, in turn, should also be able to restrict buyers to a certain assortment of only 250 products in the front end within the B2B Suite.

  7. As a user in the administration, I would like to see the columns company name and B2B role in the administration of the customers (overview) in order to be able to identify customers more quickly.

  8. For orders from B2B contacts, the email address of the B2B debtor is always displayed. However, it should also be possible to output the B2B contact.

  10. Customers of shop owners not only place orders in the store, but also by phone or fax. Orders that were not placed via the store but via other channels should be easy to import, identify and also evaluate in B2B Suite, e.g. with the help of statistics.

  11. Target user: B2B customers, mainly EnterpriseCurrent problem: you cannot limit catalogue views for customers. So you cannot limitate, what products customers do see, find and buy in the end.current workaround: with dynamic access we can limit product visibility to certain tags or customer groups.   12. If I am a customer who buys certain products over and over again, say monthly or yearly, it would be cool if Shopware would alert me if I want to reorder the product I order regularly.

  14. Currently some functions as setting tags for customers, interacting with the flow builder etc. are missing for the B2B Suite. Hence, customers cannot fully use the potential of shopware when using the suite.

  15. As the person responsible for orders that need to be released, I may have little time. It would be very helpful to be able to release the order via link. The link is in the mail that has arrived accordingly after the order of the customer me in copy as the person responsible.

  18. As a merchant I want to add a preselection of payment methods to the personal profile of a B2B user. It would also be handy to enable the debitor to enable / disable payment methods for contacts.

  19. Already placed orders should be able to be filtered by products as well. A list of all products that also shows the product with a picture makes repeat ordering easier than having to search for the desired product from an old order.

  20. At the moment it's not possible to give customers a specific credit (sth like a "prepaid" amount), so that it's not paid by the end customer but by the merchant.
