  1. An absolute discount will always contain the same value, regardless of whether the order is gross or net.

    This means that the discount on the product price is greater for a net order than for a gross order.

    It would be nice if the store operator had the option of setting how the discount behaves for gross/net orders.

  2. Recommendations are currently only manually in Shopware. Based on the new statistics module, it would be cool if shop owner could give their customers recommendations for products. The recommendations could be based on orders already placed by the customer, in which the AI also considers the date and possibly the weather. "Dear customer, this time last year it was so cold/warm that you ordered the following..."

  4. Used promotions have a position in the cart, given the promotion's name. That name therefore normally should be something "understandable for the customer".
    However when having a larger number of promotions, it can get quite confusion to work internally with all the promotions in a shop, having nothing but these "customer friendly names".

    Solution: The "name" of promotions is their internal identifier. Above that every promotion gets a field for a public "label" which its position in the cart gets labeled when cashed in.

    Example:
    Shop has three different promotions named "10 % new customer promotion", "10 % newsletter voucher"…

  5. EN:
    Advanced Google Ads Conversion from Google requires at least the email address on the finish page for this to be activated.

    Hence my wish to display the order email address on the finish page.
    This wouldn't have any other advantage: We have customers who logged in with the wrong email or an email from a colleague at the company and are surprised that they don't receive an order confirmation. Here these customers would see exactly which email address the order confirmation was sent to.

  7. In Shopware 6, the discount is not displayed directly on the product, as it was in Shopware 5, but rather as a separate item in the shopping cart.

    I would like to have the option to avoid this. For example:
    If there is a 10% discount on products from a specific brand, the discount (Strike prices) should be applied globally directly to the product without having to manually reduce each item and later readjust them. In Shopware 5, this was handled much better, as the price reductions were visible both in the frontend and on Google, which is not the…

  8. Discounts are not enabled for subscriptions by default.

    A discount should be also available for subscriptions in addition to the discount that is already set in the subscription.

    E.G. a subscription has a 10% discount set. A regular discount is defined via promotion and is used for a reqular cart. When the same produdct is used in a subscription the discount from the promotion is not applied.

    If a merchant want´s to apply both discounts within a subscription an option is needed in the promotion to use it also within subscritions.

  10. There are companies in our customer base that have several buyers. However, the voucher can only be redeemed once per company, regardless of how many buyers this company has. This means that not every customer should be able to use the voucher once, but only each company once in total.

  12. Customer feedback: The promotions module should receive additional configurable columns within the overview, like showing the discount value (e.g. absolute/percentual mode) as well as their value (e.g. 70% or 70.00)

  13. If you have a lot of promotions and then new sales channels are added, you have to add the new sales channels to each promotion individually.

    There should be an option “All sales channels” so that new sales channels are automatically included.

  16. Currently, it doesn't matter whether voucher codes are capitalized or not, as long as the code is correct. It would be nice to offer an option for the customer to set whether the voucher codes should be case-sensitive.

  17. Currently, there is no good option to tell a promotion to only apply the discount to two different items.

    Example:

    Buy item A + 1 of items B-E and get a €250 discount
    Buy item A + 2 different items from B-E and get 500 € discount

    The first works without any problems.
    The second also works, but it also works if you add item B to the shopping cart twice, for example.

    There is the rule “Total number of different items in the shopping cart” but this is also counted with items that are not part of the promotion.

  18. It is currently not possible to use individual discount codes of a promotion together.
    This means, for example, if you send a customer 4 individual voucher codes with a €50 discount each so that they can redeem their €200 total discount either split up or several codes together, this will not work if the individual discount codes all come from one promotion.

    However, if the individual discount codes come from 4 different promotions, the customer can redeem them in combination.
    This function would be a useful extension for many customers, for example by adding a button in a promotion asking…

  19. Add a description field to the promotions as the promotions name is not enough to identify them if you have many active promotions and the naming of the promotion is used as name in the cart so it is not possible to use an indentifyable name in the backend
