This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

- Connect your Shopware Account or register with your email
- Use the search or choose a category for your idea to check if it has been submitted already
Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests. Comment an idea to share extra details.
- If you create a new idea: Be clear with your idea; provide examples or even screenshots

  1. Current problem: You cannot send e-mails with "back-in-stock" notifications or use mailings for your internal staff if products need to be reordered
    Proposed approach: certain product related attributes should be triggerable in the flow builder

  2. Current problem: You cannot prepare campaigns or flows for a certain time period.

    Current workaround: with rule setting for shopping experiences and or promotions you can already display certain content for a limited time period. However it would be handy to have the possibility to prepare whole campaign worlds upfront. For flows we do not have a workarount so far.

    Hypothesis: By being able to set timeframes merchants can automate even more of their processes. Targeting of certain customer segments gets easier.

    Possible scenarios: Black friday campaigning with landingpage, product visibility, e-mailings and promotion codesregular flows: every three months trigger…

  4. Add all rules from Dyn. Product Groups into the Rule Builder and merge the Dyn. Product Groups with the Rule Builder. Advantage: The shop owner has one single point of truth where to configure all conditions within the shop. The developers have to maintain one feature instead of two.

  5. As a merchant, I want to plan, create, preview, schedule, execute, track and analyze marketing initiatives in my shop that include CMS pages, promotions, products, payment & shipping options, etc. I want to manage this by connecting and managing all the relevant parts in one place.

  6. Some partners manage the stores for their customers. Therefore it would be great if it is possible to give users more specific rights.
    Example A: a user should be able to update the homepage with the shopping experiences, but not the content of the imprint.
    Example B: a user is able to edit Flow A of the Flow Builder but not Flow B.
    If it is not really comfortable to edit this in the administration, maybe it could be done over a config file, Yaml or Json.

  7. This could be an addition to the "merchant registration" where it should be possible to customize the form and make certain (e.g. vat id) required fields when creating a new account.

  10. Current problem: you cannot create a promotion directly within the flow builder but have to configure many steps via tags to fulfill that purpose. That´s quite complicated and limits the customer loyalty options the flow builder could give to merchants.
    Current workaround: set a tag as action in flow builder, reuse this tag on promotion level and in a separate step configure sending out an e-mail to customers with this promocode

  13. Currently it is not possible for debtors to use their usual company credentials to log in into the B2B Suite. If they could, this would increase the adaption rate and ease up the process working with the Suite.

  14. As a merchant who wants to migrate to Shopware 6, I want a solution to minimise the effort of data migration from my current shop platform to Shopware 6.

    Example areas:
    - products
    - categories
    - custom products
    - customer data
    - order history
    - content
    - blog
    - etc.

  15. All Spanish and South American originated people use their official ID they receive once a life for user identification and address validation by purchasing online.
    As we are planning to start business in Spain by end of this year directly, we need to have integrated this possibility as an additional custom field by Term 2 the latest.
    The impact is very high.
