B2B Suite address management
Currently the B2B Suite has the same address fields as the B2C storefront
but it should have some additional fields/options on the different places
to adapt B2B specific needs for addresses (e.g. tax numbers, country display etc.).
Also, it is not possible to edit addresses during the checkout process.17 votes -

B2B Suite UX improvements
The current B2B Suite usability is too complex at some points, esp. the right & role management. Therefore we should ease up this process and make it clearly understandable

App System: Custom CMS elements
What we need:
It would be wonderful if there could be a way to provide custom CMS elements in apps. Why we need this:
We always want to offer our customers the best possible solutions in our themes, including sales-promoting CMS elements. Due to limitations in the app system, we can currently only do this in our extensions based on the plugin system. Since we also offer our extensions on the basis of the app system, this results in an "unnecessary" duplication and "maintenance effort". A single, unified app is highly desirable. The app system lacks the possibility to provide…

Adding your own CMS elements via Apps is possible with the shopware version 6.4.17. It is possible to create new CMS elements via the Admin Extension SDK for both plugins and apps. Read the following docs article: https://developer.shopware.com/docs/guides/plugins/plugins/content/cms/add-cms-element-via-admin-sdk
If you have any suggestions or improvements towards our approach, feel free to reach out to us.
Thank you.

It would be very helpful to automatically assign customers to the sales representative with the Rule Builder.
For example, based on postal code areas or tags.4 votes -
Extend symfony services with app scripts
It would really increase the possibilty for app developers if every symonfy service can be extended with an App script.
In detail every public funtion of a symfony service should be extendable by App scripts before and after.
This would make much more features possible to implement with Apps comparing now.4 votesWe are not planning to expose every Symfony service with App Scripts, because we want to improve stability and maintainability for extension manufacturers, especially across major versions.
We understand that the usage of app scripts is more limiting than simply overriding or decorating existing PHP services. In order to accommodate for the extension points that you need, we ask you to provide us with the specific scenarios (e.g. altering tax calculation, adding data to order line items) so we can build the most stable and expressive API for that.

Make usage of existing shopware functionalities in B2B Suite
Currently some functions as setting tags for customers, interacting with the flow builder etc. are missing for the B2B Suite. Hence, customers cannot fully use the potential of shopware when using the suite.

Shopware as a marketplace tool

Event-/Ticketsystem
Implement an event-/ticket system to help merchants sell events and or tickets within one system.
A current struggle oftentimes is, that mixed baskets lead to difficulties in configurations.3 votesCurrently this will not be covered by Shopware. Most merchants using a Ticketsystem/selling events do have individual requirements that would be difficult to cover for a broad target group.

Allow the semicolon as a separator in the quick order
The quick order function of Shopware Commercial currently only allows the upload of .csv files that are separated by a comma. However, Microsoft Excel works with the semicolon for csv files by default. As a result, it has become a kind of industry standard in the B2B sector to use csv files with semicolons. It would be very helpful if you could set in the admin which separator is expected when uploading .csv files in the quick order.

Offers with various quantities.
It should be possible to create quotations for multiple quantities in B2B.
Currently, quantities are combined in an order with a request for quotation.Example:
Product XX - 500 = 50€
Product XX - 1500 = 130€
This is currently combined in the shopping cart as it is the same product.

Deactivate business customer registration
Hello! We would like to check our business customers in advance. That's why they only have to fill out a form, which is sent to us. We then create the customer. To do this, registration and guest orders for the sales channel would have to be specifically deactivated. A form on the registration page would be great

Salesrepresentatives should be able to buy products for themselves
With the new b2b integration inside the commercial plugin, you are up to integrate salesrepresentatives. Inside the old b2b-Plugin it wasn't possible to buy products as a SR for your own. They just saw there customers.
It woult be cool if they are able to, because we go lots of external SRs who love to use our products too. In the past we needed double accounting for our external SRs who want to buy our products.
