  1. It would be great if there was an email log again, like in Shopware 5, in which you can clearly see all the emails that have been sent.

  2. Currently the B2B Suite has the same address fields as the B2C storefront
    but it should have some additional fields/options on the different places
    to adapt B2B specific needs for addresses (e.g. tax numbers, country display etc.).
    Also, it is not possible to edit addresses during the checkout process.

  3. Es wäre sehr von Vorteil wenn es möglich wäre im Backend/ Kataloge/ Produkte auch die Nettopreise angezeigt zu bekommen. Ist im B2B Bereich eine Einstellung die wirklich wichtig ist.

  4. Add native functionality for A/B testing, maybe based on rules.

  5. The current B2B Suite usability is too complex at some points, esp. the right & role management. Therefore we should ease up this process and make it clearly understandable

  7. As a shop owner, I want to be able to activate B2B features for specific customers based on rules. For example, all customers from the customer group "B2B" can use "Quick orders" and "Order lists".

  8. We have plenty addresses for a account in big companies, because we import all addresses according to the company, that user can select into there account. Often there are 200-300 addresses. So there is a need to have an search field for searching the company name, street, zip code, country and an individual programmed customer number field for each address.

  9. If you currently export orders manually, there is one line per order in the CSV file. In the line there is only the total price of all products, recognizable only by their UUID.
    It would be desirable to create one line in the CSV per product per order, with the respective unit price and the product number (SKU).

  11. As a user in the administration, I would like to see the columns company name and B2B role in the administration of the customers (overview) in order to be able to identify customers more quickly.

  12. As asked on StackOverflow (https://stackoverflow.com/q/76454802/12553209) it would be really good to have an additional privilege in the administration to prevent admin-users from creating other admin users.
    We have such a usecase, where we want a specific user group to create new user accounts, but they shouldn't be able to create them with admin privileges.

  13. If several orders are waiting for approval or the orders have not yet been processed, it should be possible to merge these orders. This saves customers and store operators effort and money.

  14. What we need:
    It would be wonderful if there could be a way to provide custom CMS elements in apps.

    Why we need this:
    We always want to offer our customers the best possible solutions in our themes, including sales-promoting CMS elements. Due to limitations in the app system, we can currently only do this in our extensions based on the plugin system. Since we also offer our extensions on the basis of the app system, this results in an "unnecessary" duplication and "maintenance effort". A single, unified app is highly desirable.

    Adding your own CMS elements via Apps is possible with the shopware version 6.4.17. It is possible to create new CMS elements via the Admin Extension SDK for both plugins and apps.   15. It would be very helpful to automatically assign customers to the sales representative with the Rule Builder.
    For example, based on postal code areas or tags.

  16. It would really increase the possibilty for app developers if every symonfy service can be extended with an App script.
    In detail every public funtion of a symfony service should be extendable by App scripts before and after.
    This would make much more features possible to implement with Apps comparing now.

    We are not planning to expose every Symfony service with App Scripts, because we want to improve stability and maintainability for extension manufacturers, especially across major versions.


    We understand that the usage of app scripts is more limiting than simply overriding or decorating existing PHP services. In order to accommodate for the extension points that you need, we ask you to provide us with the specific scenarios (e.g. altering tax calculation, adding data to order line items) so we can build the most stable and expressive API for that.

  17. Some customers work in warehouses or basements where there is often poor to no internet connection. In this case, it would be good to be able to use the B2B Suite offline and place orders.

  18. Currently some functions as setting tags for customers, interacting with the flow builder etc. are missing for the B2B Suite. Hence, customers cannot fully use the potential of shopware when using the suite.

  20. For orders from B2B contacts, the email address of the B2B debtor is always displayed. However, it should also be possible to output the B2B contact.
