- Dashboard to the Shopware Analytics function with all KPIs
- Customers: some basic function like setting new password, enable/disable customer
- Products: setting price, disable/enable products and variants, setting stock

vielen Dank für deine Anfrage zum Widerrufsbutton, die ich dir gerne beantworten möchte.
Für die Ausgestaltung des Formulars für die Widerrufserklärung im Rahmen der neuen Widerrufsfunktion (Widerrufsbutton) hat der Gesetzgeber konkrete Vorgaben gemacht, die die abzufragenden bzw. zu bestätigenden Angaben des Verbrauchers und die Buttonbezeichnung betreffen.
Hiernach sind folgende Abfragen im Formular zulässig:
• Name des Verbrauchers,
• Angaben zur Identifizierung des Vertrags oder des Teils des Vertrags, den der Verbraucher widerrufen möchte,
• Angaben zum elektronischen Kommunikationsmittel, mit welchem dem Verbraucher eine Eingangsbestätigung für den Widerruf zu übermitteln ist.
Bei den "Angaben zur Identifizierung des Vertrags oder des Teils des Vertrags, den der Verbraucher widerrufen möchte" dürfen jedoch keine ganz bestimmten Vertragsangaben wie z.B. eine Bestellnummer / Vertragsnummer als Pflichtangabe vom Verbraucher verlangt werden. Vielmehr muss dem Verbraucher ermöglicht werden, auch andere Informationen, die den Vertrag oder Teil des Vertrags identifizieren, den er widerrufen möchte, anzugeben - z.B. indem er die konkrete(n) bestellte(n) Ware(n) / digitalen Inhalte / Dienstleistung(en) benennt.
Ferner darf ein vorheriger Login (oder anderweitige Registrierung / Authentifizierung) vom Verbraucher nicht zwingend verlangt werden. Der Verbraucher muss die Möglichkeit haben, das Widerrufsformular ohne Login auszufüllen und abzusenden.
Nur als zusätzliche Option kann dem Kunden eine Login-Funktion zur Verfügung gestellt werden. In diesem Falle müsste aber auch folgendes, was vom EU-Gesetzgeber in der einschlägigen EU-Richtlinie 2023/2673 ausgeführt wurde, beachtet werden: "So sollte ein Verbraucher, der sich bereits (etwa durch Einloggen) identifiziert hat, den Vertrag widerrufen können, ohne sich oder gegebenenfalls den Vertrag, den er widerrufen möchte, erneut identifizieren zu müssen."
Wir haben zum Thema Widerrufsbutton ein detailliertes Hinweisblatt erstellt, das ich dieser Nachricht beifüge. Darin sind die gesetzlichen Anforderungen vollständig beschrieben. Das Hinweisblatt enthält auch entspreche Umsetzungsempfehlungen, die die gesetzlichen Anforderungen erfüllen.

Thank you for your inquiry regarding the withdrawal button, which I am happy to answer.
For the design of the form for the withdrawal declaration within the framework of the new withdrawal function (withdrawal button), the legislator has set specific requirements concerning the information to be requested or confirmed by the consumer, as well as the labeling of the button.
Accordingly, the following fields are permitted in the form:
• Name of the consumer
• Information to identify the contract or the part of the contract that the consumer wishes to withdraw from
• Information about the electronic means of communication through which the consumer should receive confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal
However, regarding the “information to identify the contract or the part of the contract that the consumer wishes to withdraw from,” no specific contract details such as an order number or contract number may be required as mandatory fields. Instead, the consumer must be allowed to provide other information that identifies the contract or part of the contract they wish to withdraw from—for example, by specifying the specific goods, digital content, or services ordered.
Furthermore, requiring a prior login (or any other form of registration/authentication) must not be mandatory. The consumer must be able to complete and submit the withdrawal form without logging in.
A login function may only be offered as an additional option. In that case, the following requirement from the EU Directive 2023/2673 must also be observed:
“A consumer who has already identified themselves (for example, by logging in) should be able to withdraw from the contract without having to identify themselves again or, where applicable, the contract they wish to withdraw from.”
