  1. It would be nice to store in Shopware the outcome of each appointment, linked to the presenter's account (for guided selling and hybrid approaches, but it may be nice to also have it for the self-service):
    customers connected, orders, wishlists.
    So, every sales manager could see the results of each appointment and take actions. The data is already available in real time during the session, so we just miss the data storage.

  2. At the moment, you have to follow the instructions from our docs to install the Digital Sales Rooms feature. The first step is to "clone or download" the repository from GitLab. Don´t make the user think. Just implement it to the commercial extension like all other features Shopware provide.

  4. At the moment, products are shown in a "grid view." To be more efficient and order products faster, it would help to have a "list view." Just list all products among each other, with just a small picture, SKU, price, and amount; that´s it.

  6. Digital Sales Rooms offer a great way to interact with customers especially when your business is heavily dependent on physical stores.
    Although a premium (beyond) feature, this is also very interesting for SMBs that are going through the digitalization process which are currently mainly using our Evolve plan.

    In order to enable merchants to use this feature it could be limited to a certain amount of DSR sessions per month.

  14. Provide other video conferencing partners beyond daily.co. In the US,
    daily.co is not common and it would be easier for market adoption if
    Shopware added the following, more popular video conferencing tools:
    1. Zoom
    2. Google Hangouts
    3. Microsoft Teams
