Shopware 6 - Product Feedback & Ideas

This is the space where you can share your ideas and feedback about Shopware 6.

How it works:

- Connect your Shopware Account or register with your email
- Use the search or choose a category for your idea to check if it has been submitted already
- Upvote existing ideas, as opposed to creating multiple similar requests. Comment an idea to share extra details.
- If you create a new idea: Be clear with your idea; provide examples or even screenshots
- The more activity and votes an idea has, the higher the chance it will be implemented

  1. Create a CAPTCHA plugin on the basis of Turnstile

    Cloudflare open sources Turnstile, a cloudflare independent, user-friendly and data saving (GDPR compliant) CAPTCHA solution. This is an ideal basis for a Shopware App or plugin:

  2. Multi-client capability

    As a shop owner, I want to be able to operate several stores (clients) in one installation. Each store should be able to be filled, operated, and configured independently. Users can be assigned to one or more stores (clients).

  3. Optimize technical notifications for non-technical users

    The notifications shown in the admin are sometimes too technical for the average user, leading to confusion and uncertainties.

  4. Safari browser performance

    Safari on Mac has really poor performance. Seeing it's currently the second-most-used browser globally, we should prioritize Safari more. Some detail pages aren't usable because of loading issues. (This is being worked on atm)

  5. General routing

    Make routing extensible via apps, e.g. for redirects.

    For example, the extension SEO redirect from Scope01 could be implemented as a cloud app.

  6. Enable app extensions to use advanced prices for precomputation

    Currently, it's not possible to use advanced prices in apps for purposes such as indexing and displaying them in the storefront, e.g. in an app that provides a custom search. The reason is that the app doesn't know the applicable rules, e.g. the rule can change while browsing.

  7. Remove limitation to 25 results in lists, comboxes, etc.

    Remove the limitation to 25 results in lists, comboxes, etc.

    If you manage more than 25 languages or have more than 25 promotion rules with similar names - this problem is easy to understand. There are various places in the admin where pagination or auto-reload is given when scrolling.

    The request to Shopware:

    Please make this universal, and don't limit it to max 25 search results.

  8. Reset cloud shops with booked plans

    It should be possible for the merchant to reset a shop (products etc.) on his own after playing around with it. Even with a booked plan.
