  1. In the promotions you can create "Customer rules, Shopping cart rules, Order rules, Product rules". But not every selected rule condition fits to the selected type of rule.

    So you can create rules with conditions, that are not executed in the promotions. This results in errors without error messages.

    Therefore, only Rule Builder conditions should be available that match the type of rule.

  2. Discount promotions should already be marked or displayed in the listing (comparable to Shopware 5) and not only in the shopping cart.

  3. It would be great if we could choose the that the discount calculation should be based on list price with a fallback: product price - this so that promotions do not give a discount on a already discounted product

    In case of a general promotional code, the condition of use per customer does not apply. That is, even if 1 is entered there, a guest orderer can use the code for each order again.

    In the Rule Builder, there is no condition that can be used to query whether an e-mail address has already redeemed a code. The addition of such a check would be nice

  6. At the moment it is not possible to create tresholds for promotions within one promotion. I want to create one promotion and say that 30€ gives 10% discount, 40€gives 15% discount and 50€ 20% discount for example. This would decrease the manual effort a lot and increase efficiency.

  7. Currently it is not possible to duplicate promotions and edit the duplicated one afterwards. This would help to be more efficient in the administration.

  8. I also created a feature ticket: https://issues.shopware.com/issues/NEXT-24673, so that the customer can follow the processing

    If a shop operator has several promotions running at the same time, it is difficult to check or exclude the interactions.

    A special example: For certain product groups there is a buy X get Y promotion. In addition, there is a promotion that grants a percentage discount. Correctly, the percentage promotion does not take into account the 100% discount from the previous promotion.     Collect abandoned cart for logged users, ability to review them in the admin, design email template and schedule reminder email to customers with their cards, auto-generate coupons for these emails.
    This could increase the CLV

  11. As a merchant I want to define certain actions (f.e. redirects) after steps/actions within the customer journey.

    For example:
    1. When an order is placed, redirect (or open) a special thank you page
    2. When somebody fills out the support form redirect them to the FAQ page to possibly get a quicker answer
    3. When a customer orders worth 1000 Euro send them to a hidden page with a loyalty program benefit

  13. Offer a broader spectrum of options to integrate promotions which are matching the requirements of third-party systems such as ERP.

    Since every shopping system creates a promotion differently, it is always a pain to handle promotions while integrating an ERP system. Some can't handle positions without identifiers (order number/product number), and others can't handle their own promotion positions and require the direct deduction of the product prices.

  15. You can see all the individual promotion codes in the administration and send them to the customers, but there is no option to export the codes.

    Usecase: A merchant can create a promotion with individual codes, export these, and send them e.g. via mail individually to the customer with a newsletter.

    This is not a topic that we will prioritize anytime soon. There are plenty of vendors out there that offer solutions for it already that can be easily integrated into a shop. The main part is not the guide the customers sees but the management and analytics dashboard so the merchant can continuously create, manage, analyze and optimize the guide.
