Export promotion codes
You can see all the individual promotion codes in the administration and send them to the customers, but there is no option to export the codes.
Usecase: A merchant can create a promotion with individual codes, export these, and send them e.g. via mail individually to the customer with a newsletter.

Recommendations based on AI
Recommendations are currently only manually in Shopware. Based on the new statistics module, it would be cool if shop owner could give their customers recommendations for products. The recommendations could be based on orders already placed by the customer, in which the AI also considers the date and possibly the weather. "Dear customer, this time last year it was so cold/warm that you ordered the following..."

Several discounts that build on each other.
At present, multiple discounts are always deducted from the total amount of the shopping basket.
There is also very often the scenario that multiple discounts are to be granted. In this case, the discounts should always be deducted from the new total, as otherwise far too much discount is granted.
Example
1. discount:
from 300 € > 3 % discount
from 500 € > 5 % discount- discount: 2 % discount
Here the second discount (2% discount) must not be deducted from the original total, it must be deducted from the new total (after 1st discount).

Promotion label
Used promotions have a position in the cart, given the promotion's name. That name therefore normally should be something "understandable for the customer".
However when having a larger number of promotions, it can get quite confusion to work internally with all the promotions in a shop, having nothing but these "customer friendly names".Solution: The "name" of promotions is their internal identifier. Above that every promotion gets a field for a public "label" which its position in the cart gets labeled when cashed in.

Introduce Semver versioning
Currently, there is a "generation" in the versioning of shopware. This makes it necessary to create additional functions to check the versions. Saw a PR of Shopware previously to solve it internally, which shows that problem, too.

Show detailed error message why a voucher could not be redeemed.
Regardless of whether a promotion is no longer valid (end date reached) or the maximum number of redemptions has already been reached, the error message in the offCanvas is always the same and therefore confusing for the customer.
Currently, the content from snippet ‘checkout.promotion-not-found’ is displayed per se.
It would be desirable if the exact reason why the voucher code cannot be used was given in relation to the above examples, i.e.
- ‘Promotion is no longer valid / expired’
- ‘Maximum number of redemptions already reached....’

Gross/net distinction with absolute discount
An absolute discount will always contain the same value, regardless of whether the order is gross or net.
This means that the discount on the product price is greater for a net order than for a gross order.
It would be nice if the store operator had the option of setting how the discount behaves for gross/net orders.4 votes
