    Wenn ich als Mitarbeiter eines Unternehmens in den Bereich Merkzettel wechsele, würde ich erwarten, dass ich auch nur die Produkte sehe, die ich für mich persönlich auf meinem Merkzettel gesetzt habe. Aktuell sehe ich alle Produkte die durch andere Mitarbeiter hinterlegt wurden. Sehr verwirrend, wenn ich bspw. für einen Produktbereich verantwortlich bin und Artikel aus einem anderen Produktbereich sehe, für den jemand anderes verantwortlich ist. Je nachdem wie viele Mitarbeiter dem Unternehmen zugeordnet sind, wird das schnell unübersichtlich.

    Just released: Copilot’s first Skill – Data Insights (Beta) With this users can ask questions about one's shop data. The Data Insights Skill helps you to save time and make data-driven decisions without needing analytics tools or expertise. Start by asking questions like: “Which products had the highest revenue last month?” or “Show me a graph of our newsletter registrations of last year.”

  4. The 3D Preview Generator is a Shopware service that automatically creates preview thumbnails for 3D files (format .glb) uploaded to the Shopware. These previews are displayed in both the storefront and administration, ensuring that 3D content is visually represented just like other media types. It enhances visual consistency and increases the visibility of the 3D-View of your products.

    No manual configuration is needed. The previews are generated automatically upon a 3D file gets uploaded whether directly to the product media or via the media manager.

  5. The permission management of the B2B Components does not properly fill out the function of managing budgets for each B2B Components user.
    Someone needs to keep track on how much a customer has bought and if his/her budget is spent.
    They also need to know how high the budget is with no indication of that being given via our B2B Components.

    I good way to solve this would be to build a budget functionality as in the B2B Suite.
    That would make it easier to keep track of the budget and it would reduce the amount of controlling.

  6. If an employee forgets their password and wants to reset it, a standard flow is triggered. This flow does not recognize that the person is an employee of a customer, so the email can only be sent to the administrator.

  7. If the payment happened by PayPal ...

    • transmit the tracking number as soon as it becomes available,
    • transmit the shipment on its way when the status is set to delivered.

    That way according customers comfortably get all shipping updates on their PayPal app as well.

  8. Hey Shopware Team,
    we noticed an issue with the Default Sorting feature in Shopware Backend. We had several tickets where merchants reported that they’re having issues with setting the desired default sorting on search page result.
    This issue is present from Shopware 6.4.* up to Shopware 6.6.
    It has already been confirmed that this issue is related to the Shopware Core. This can be confirmed by deactivating our plugin (Nosto or Findologic).
    Part of the core from which sorting flags are generated is located in criteria.php file, which are later used to execute sorting.

  9. On desktop: when scanning QR code the user expects to see the AR-experience upon scanning it.
    The QR actually only contains the url of the product page and after scanning it only opens the the product page on mobile, not any AR-view on mobile.

    This could be done by adding a parameter tot the url in the QR code that:
    - opens the PDP on mobile, and immeditately triggers the AR-vieuw
    - if above not possible: opens the PDP with the user focussed on the 3D viewer from where he scanned the QR /

  12. Right now, it's not possible to add a trailing slash to the domains at the sales channel settings. Therefore the hreflang is set without the trailing slash. This leads to a problem with Google, because the hreflang entries are not recognized. I already wrote to the Shopware support and a service guy confirmed the problem. This is a requirement from Google and anybody needs it.

  15. It should be possible to generate the alt-text for the respective product image using AI.

    Since there are legal requirements for accessibility from mid-2025 and there could be high fines, see also the previous day from SCD 2024 on the topic: "Digital accessibility will be mandatory in 2025 - what does this mean for your online shop? An overview of the problems, opportunities and best practices" would be desirable if it were implemented promptly.

    thanks for your feedback! Adding alt-tags with AI is already possible with our AI Copilot Feature "Keyword Assistant". Once activated, the AI analyzes uploaded images and adds relevant keywords as metadata. This saves you time when searching for images. Bonus: The keywords can be used as alt tags to improve your SEO.

  16. It should be possible to define whether a contact or the debtor should receive mails just as order confirmations (for example).

    Currently, by default, only the debtor is receiving such mails.

  17. Please research about whether or not we should implement ZUGFeRD or x-invoice into Shopware and if yes, on how to implement it. Maybe this could be a good starting point (German only): https://stachowitz-medien.de/e-rechnungen/.

  19. It should be possible to click on the customer name within an order and then go directly to the customer, as this is needed again and again.

    This would save a lot of time in daily work.
