Salutation not as manadatory field

The field salutation shouldn't be mandatory, or at least it should be optional do make it mandatory for the merchant. There is no actual reason for that, and also it would be much more inclusive to not force end customers to decide for a gender.

    Currently we have a "not specified" option. This is, because some third party systems (e.g. for payment) still require a salutation.

    So we should not allow to let this field be "null". We could make it possible to disable the requirement in the storefront, and if not set, automatically set the "not specified" salutation.
