Rule Builder administration improvements
Currently the rule builder has some usability traps that could be improved.
This is esp. important for merchants working with a lot of different rule with different users.

This is similar to https://feedback.shopware.com/forums/942607-shopware-6-product-feedback-ideas/suggestions/45651472-rule-builder-administration-improvements.
If you used the rules as intended i.e. for discounts there is no way to identify active discounts that can disturb the use of the current discount. So, if a discount does not work as intended, you have to inspect all other discounts on their permissions. In this special case you can even set "disable the combination with other rules". It would be very helpful if there was a display with a list of concurring discounts.
Of course this not only happens in discout but also in the Flow Builder, Shipping methods and so on.

Since this is quite a generic idea, please specify some of your cases and thoughts in the comments to better understand the direction. Thanks!

If you have to review a rule its hard to find them and catching, what exactly the rule does. You have to click through each rule, which takes a lot of time. Majority of rules that need to be maintained regularly are promotions/marketing based rules.
Target Group: Merchants with many rules (from 30 rules) -
Problem: If you have more than 30 rules you loose track of them and cannot find a specific one if you don´t know the exact title
Possible solution: Filtering of "new", by "type" or for customer individual prices a sorting option by lowest price
