  1. If the payment happened by PayPal ...

    • transmit the tracking number as soon as it becomes available,
    • transmit the shipment on its way when the status is set to delivered.

    That way according customers comfortably get all shipping updates on their PayPal app as well.

  2. Der PayPal Button "Später Bezahlen" im Checkout und Warenkorb wird immer auf deutsch angezeigt, auch wenn die Sprache vom Kunden geändert wurde. Hier sollten Textbausteine angeboten werden oder Buttons in der jeweiligen Sprache bereitgestellt werden.

  3. It can happen that an order is subsequently changed or the shipping costs change. In such a case, there should be a possibility to request money via Paypal afterwards.

  5. DE: Sofern eine Bestellung via PayPal Express initiiert wird, wird der Name, welcher im PayPal-Konto hinterlegt ist, auch als Kundenname verwendet. Das ist spätestens dann umständlich, sofern der Name in Liefer- und Rechnungsadresse von diesem abweichen, da zur Zahlung ggf. nicht der eigene PayPal Account, sondern beispielsweise der eines Familienangehörigen verwendet wurde. In diesem Fall spiegelt der aus dem PayPal Account verwendete Name in Shopware nicht den tatsächlichen Kunden wider. Problematisch ist zudem, dass wenn nachträglich nach einer bestimmten Bestellung anhand des Kundennamens gefiltert werden soll, nicht der tatsächliche Name des Kunden, sondern der Name des PayPal-Accountinhabers für die Filterung…

  6. It should be possible to directly share paypal payment links through the backend. We oftentimes observe that customers can cancel the checkout process for various reasons and want to return to it later.

    We would like to see the payment link if any kind of paypal payment method is selected and if the payment is neither completed nor the order cancelled, we would like to be able to resend it to the customer of the order by mail.

  7. The disclaimer for PayPal invoice is displayed below the submit button. From a legal point of view, however, this should be displayed before the button, because in case of doubt a court could decide that the text displayed after the submit button is not part of the contract.

  8. If a customer starts a conflict on PayPal, it is not shown in the order or order overview.

    In shopware 5 there was a note in the order list.

    Yes, there is a conflict list, but it would be appreciated when a conflict is shown in the corresponding order.
