Optionally, the net prices should remain the same, even if there are other taxes in other countries.
Currently, the net price changes if you offer products in other countries with different taxes. The gross price remains the same.
There should be an option to decide for yourself whether the net price remains the same with a variable gross price, or whether the gross price remains the same with a variable net price.

I am not a lawyer, but according to research (https://www.it-recht-kanzlei.de/ geoblocking-bruttopreise-unterschied-mehrwertsteuer-lieferland.html ), the Anti-Geoblocking Regulation prohibits “the application of different net prices for different destination countries in one's own online shop, but expressly permits gross pricing with a surcharge of the VAT rate applicable in the respective country of delivery on a uniform net price.” In other words, if you offer a product for EUR 100 gross in both Germany and Austria, you are in violation of the EU regulation. So if you want to do this correctly for all EU countries, you would currently have to create a separate price range in Shopware for each individual EU country—which cannot be the intention.DE
Ich bin kein Rechtsanwalt, aber nach Recherche ( https://www.it-recht-kanzlei.de/geoblocking-bruttopreise-unterschied-mehrwertsteuer-lieferland.html ) verbietet die Anti-Geoblocking-Verordnung "die Anwendung unterschiedlicher Netto-Preise für unterschiedliche Zielländer im eigenen Online-Shop, erlaubt aber ausdrücklich die Bruttopreisbildung unter Aufschlag des im jeweiligen Lieferland geltenden Mehrwertsteuersatzes auf einen einheitlichen Nettopreis." - anders gesagt: Wenn man ein Produkt sowohl in Deutschland als auch in Österreich für 100,- EUR Brutto anbietet, verstößt man gegen die EU-Verordnung.
Wenn man das also für alle Länder der EU richtig machen will, müsste man derzeit für jedes einzelne Land der EU eine eigene Preis-Schiene in Shopware anlegen - das kann ja nicht der Sinn der Sache sein.(Edited by admin) -

Das Nicht-Vorhandensein der Funktion führt auch zu Nicht-Konformität mit der EU-Geoblocking-Verordnung (wenn ich einfach nur eine zweites Lieferland anschalte, halte ich mich mit abweichenden Netto-Preisen potentiell schon nicht mehr an die EU-Vorgaben) und sollte daher möglichst schleunigst behoben werden, nachdem das Feature jetzt schon seit anderthalb Jahren angefragt ist.

According to the EU Geo-Blocking Regulation (Regulation EU 2018/302), merchants must not discriminate against customers based on their residence or delivery country regarding access to goods and pricing.
Most legal interpretations agree that:
- A unified net price across EU markets is compliant, and
- Gross prices may vary depending on the applicable VAT rate,
as long as the underlying net price is identical.However, Shopware currently forces the opposite approach:
It keeps gross prices constant and recalculates net prices differently per country.
This makes it impossible to maintain a consistent net price across EU countries and can cause compliance concerns for merchants expanding their international sales.
For merchants selling to many EU countries, maintaining separate price rules is impractical and extremely time-consuming.

EN: well... I don't really know how to communicate to our shared paying customer (Evolve), that the only solution to have the old shop's functionality for the Austrian sales channel is a 44€/month plugin. I also consider this very important.
DE: Ich weiß noch nicht, wie ich unserem gemeinsamen, zahlenden Kunden (Evolve) beibringen soll, dass eine altbekannte Shopware 5 Funktion nicht mehr verfügbar ist und wir ein Plugin brauchen, was ca. 44€ monatlich kostet. also leider kein Schnäppchen. Daher liegt uns das Feature sehr am Herzen.

A modern shop system should leave it up to the shop operator to decide on what basis the prices for other countries are calculated. It is not acceptable for the shop to dictate which price structure a shop operator must make available in other countries and refer to paid plugins. We use the Beyond version ...

Ein modernes Shopsystem sollte es dem Shopbetreiber freistellen, auf welcher Basis die Preise für andere Länder berechnet werden. Es kann nicht sein, dass der Shop vorgibt, welche Preisstruktur ein Shopbetreiber in anderen Ländern zur Verfügung stellen muss und auf kostenpflichtige Plugins verweist.

Das sollte eine Standardfunktion in der "Community Edition" sein, weil sonst viele Verkäufer auf eine (teure) Erweiterung angewiesen sind.
