B2B Sales Agent functionality (commission, admin, discounts)
Currently sales representatives do not see commissions or general other states about their customers. But this would be helpful for their motivation and ease up the customer management, esp. if there is no ERP system involved, covering up those functionalities already

Sales agent should be able to do the following
• Apply discounts (limited by admin perhaps with an offer methodology) that their account has to client accounts • See what orders made by them
• Add new accounts to sales agent account (If I aquire new customers)
• Commission management Define Commission rates Hold a commission balance, Reset commission balance Get a commission statement ( having had a commission rule applied) -
As a Customer I want to see the contact information of my assignes Sales Representive in my account in order to get in contact with him quickly
