Also concrete recommendations on features/flags to turn on/off in the installation.

The overall goal would be to continuously get a quick "State of Shopware" and to take actions on important matters.

We currently use https://shopmon.fos.gg/ for this on all our installations, however this would optimally be part of the platform.
