Warehouses should have different delivery times per product
When you add a warehouse to a product you can only add a stock number. It would be logic to actually add a different delivery term per warehouse. Since it's possible that you can't ship at the same pace with all the warehouses.
Nice to have is inheritance on the field for the standard delivery term.

Adittional to the dedicated delivery-time, in our opinion even the closeout-flag should be added as a warehouse-property.

Absolutely, the scenario is very simple, the delivery time of the product should depend on which warehouse this product is shipped from.
